Folks I'm having a small leak in the power steering hoses... However the mechanic said either to replace the hose with a brand new hose or to mend the horse form a place he recommended... He said a brand new hose will cost around 14k whereas mending the hose will cost 4.7k just for the hose and for the total job a 6k... with 1 year warranty and I will have no issue for the lifetime again he said... I havent visited this mechanic before and its the first time.. Just want to know if these figures are reasonable or is this a potential rip off... However the mechanic is located in werahera (Kossinawatta Road in case any of you recommend him as well)

Also when a notification comes, in the previous layout an email use to come to my registered mail address, and now that email doesnt come... anyone else facing this issue?

Nice... now I did a comparison and i think im almost about to make a decision.... Ok so considering all your comments I'm giving thought to Sony once again.. I checked all the sony phone models available for less than 25k and came up with the Sony Xperia E4... The reason I opted out the M4 aqua is because it has a VGA Secondary cam... comparing to my Xperia SP, the only phone that is upgraded to a certain satisfactory standard is the Xperia E4... Has anyone used this before?... My only concern in this is the battery life... Right now my phone will switch off in max 5 hours... In that case, so at least if these sony phones doesnt last for 24 hours its no use...I rapidly use whatsapp, FB, tinder etc. and data is 24/7 on with gps... how long does the battery lasts in your sony phones?

Ok so after going through all the phones for sale found out that only USED iphones 5'S are there for sale and the rest are fake with no warranty and hence im not ready to buy a used phone.. so thought of going for the 5s, which brand new one's are there and costs around 50k... therefore I extended my budget for 50k (I hate to do this because I dont wanna spend on phones much, but I have no choice because im looking for durability than size and quality)... now the problem is where to buy.. you guys know any place where I can buy for at least lesser than 50k? to save 1 or 2k's at least.. btw I'm looking for the gold coloured 5s... .

I compared iphone 5 with iphone 6 in gsmarena.. However it says iphone 5 is also upgradable to iOS 10 which is the same as i6.. so in that case, the OS and security updates arent obsolete yeah? and that ad is hilarious yo

Yep there are used phones for a cheaper price, but I'm looking for an original one with warranty and not a refurbished one.. I know samsung is good, but I don't like it, its like hooking up with a girl I dont like... so those who have iphones, could you let me know what are the important things I should check at the purchasing time?

Samsung is big machan I usually twist the phone up and down with and between my fingers when im bored sometimes and smaller ones are easy to twist And I dont like the look and the interface and all of samsung.. once again just like the car, I have these kinda non value adding requirements ya know

Dushyantha and Fiat - the problem is sony products cannot be used more than 2 years, issues arises. all the aformentioned issues of my current phone came into play in 2 years time... i have been using sony since i was 19 years and i got fed up with all sony products.. this is my 4th sony phone... and the battery wont last for more than 4 hours with data and gps on, thats why i dont wanna go for sony anymore... 4 phones for 8 years... I dont like the look of huwawei, and also I dont like big screened phones, I like a small one of the size of iphone 4,5 which you dont have to put an effort to hold in your palm...

Ahhh ok... mine has more issues, like the whole screen is cracked and the whole backside of the phone is peeled off.. the wifi doesnt get switched off when I do so, have to hit the charger hard for it to get charged, the clock in the display has automatically aligned itself to the upper right corner and the wallpaper is crooked, if i plug an ear phone to the phone, and after removing it, I wont hear the ringing tone or anything again, but I have been living with these issues for the past year or so so changing the battery would not solve all these mysteries

China Setups? Dude I'm using an Original Kenwood DPX5000bt setup, not a chinese setup... And currently my Sony bluetooth connects to the setup and works perfectly...

Its a sealed Battery (Xperia SP) so no way of replacing the battery... the only option is a new phone ryt? Will resetting the phone work?

So the time has come where the current mobile shows signs of dilapidation and its been 3 years of use now... its restarts every 5 minutes time... So decided its about time I keep an eye for a new phone.. I've used Sony my whole life and not happy with the product, as the max duration I used a phone was 3 years and it breaks. I don't like samsung too.. So I'm giving a try with Apple.. I'm not much of a phone guy, so a basic apple would do.., My main requirements are calls, a notepad, whatsapp, trackID and a good cam.. and of course it needs to sync via bluetooth with my car setup.. those are the only things I use in a phone.. So my budget is around 25k max and if really necassary I'll go upto 27k thats it... I checked in the quick site and found that an apple 5 can be bought for 27.5k genuine brand new one... not the 5s, just the 5....However does anyone know a recommended place where I can buy an apple 5 for the same price with warranty? (coz its better to go with recommendation) Thanks in advance
