Is there any advantage in pasting those white/blue stickers on headlights? Will the lights never get yellowish again if I paste the white sticker? Is there any affect on using that sticker?

9km/l would be an average fuel economy I guess... But I guarantee that a cefiro would do only around 6km/l and I had friends who said it did only 5 on them.... And I don't think you can buy a Honda city for around that price.....No Idea about the prices of Mazda and Honda parts (maybe another member can answer to that)... But in the contrary FB14 and Presea shares the same engine so spare parts are easier to be found since it is a very popular engine for these 2 cars....

if you are focusing on the fuel economy, the Cefiro is out of the question and the Primera doesnt do good on fuel either... My bro had a primera and said it did very less in fuel..It being a 2000cc and manual it did around 8km/l in city...If not for fuel, those are good....

Yeah but mind you, the AUTO doesnt do 12, the auto does around 9km as few of my friends owns auto's....

The paint in my car looks really good and fresh and its pointless going for a full paint cuz only the bonnet has 2 faded spots..

Just FYI, I drive a Presea and if you don't have much requirements you are looking for in a car, you can easily find a Presea -2000.... There are many out there... Mine is a 1500cc manual and does 12kmp/l in city and 15kmp/l outstation... Very comfortable car... My friend drives a 2000cc Corolla AE110 and now he wants to sell the corolla to buy a presea cuz he finds this much comfortable and good in pickup wise comparing to it... In fact I felt the same when I drove it...

Just curious... Since Nissan Primera, Pulsar and FB14 are all in your list, I wonder why you didn't include the Nissan Presea into your list... The presea is also in the same league as above... So any specific reason why you didn't include the Presea into your list? Just asking!

Affirmative... But this is not the original paint, since it has been repainted again (since its a different shade of a light green compared to the original paint) even though i find the colour code it won't be helpful cuz its not painted as per the color code... Isnt it?

390??? Damn.. Once I recieved a big gift box from USA included tshirts, music posters, music cd's, soap, a montana number plate, flower seeds (although they are not allowed to be sent), A banner and pair of sunglasses and a mug... I was called by the colombo customs though and only 150 for that... However for other ebay items everytime im called to the local post office an Ragama to take the item due to it being initially opened by the customs before sending it to the ragama post office... Even for a small tshirt, air freshner etc but never charged me though...

That is very nice of you to do so... but people seldom check the vehicle emission report, do they.... Even I didn't check while I bought mine as my car has quite a high mileage and if it would have been tampered with, it would have been pretty clear comparing to the present one... However, I believe all the car selling sites should have a "Comment" area for each car ad, so that people who have checked the car can comment on it... Once I went to Galle to check out a presea- it had 160k on the meter... However I didn't buy as I had a bad feeling about the car and after 3 weeks it was again for sale in another location by a different seller with it being clocked back to 83K.... Sad about the unfortunate buyer though...

Nah, never seen a presea before with the same colour... I have seen light green one's but not with this silverish green mix... I didn't buy the pain, I gave it to a car painting place (family friends) who are quite popular in this area.... Umm, no, not a single letter is visible in the code :/ But thanks machan

The prob is, the colour code in marked under the hood is not clearly visible/has been scratched away so its hard to identify the colour code that needs to be applied... when i painted my spoiler, it has a small difference between the spoiler colour and the body colour... so if it happens to the bonnet, it will be clearly visible that 2 shades of green is there in the car...so that's why im hesitant to paint the bonnet....

I'm pretty sure it has been repainted 4,5 years back, because the car looked a bit darker green (technically light green) in 2010 comparing to now... Now it's very very lighter metallic green, so in the hot sun you see it as a silverish/light bluish/light greenish one, I don't know how to explain the current colour... It is repainted im sure about it...

Oh and also, there are few faded paint marks on my bonnet... This didn't go even after the cut and polish, and they said, need to paint the bonnet in order to make this go away.... I have attached a pic of the white faded spots on the bonnet... so do you think this will go away if i do this item?

Alright, first thing today morning was to apply the clear coat.... Following are the pics on how I did it/before applying the coat, and also how it looks as soon as i applied the coat.... Just after I did it, a big fat black cloud moved my way.... Hope it wont rain :/

Ok now I got a few questions.... 1. Should I cover the body area of the car with paper or something while spraying or it doesnt affect the paint of the car? 2. how many coats of spray layers should I do? the paint shop dude said apply 2 layers, is that right? 3. What do you mean by rubbing compound? do you mean like after a day of spraying this, polish it with brasso again?
