get a somewhat decent ride FULL INSURE it! and give your sis to learn..(wont have to waste time on garages, or to worry) for one of my friends, her parents got her a fine car (AE-100) with a FULLY INSURED and then after she learned to drive quite well.. sold it and got her a new car.. (they got enough use of the Insurance tho )

Ceres/Marino - you have 4 doors and space - looks nice enough - economical - decent market value - acceleration good too! (find a manual) when i was running mine, many had eyes on her there is a 1.6 manual version with the 20 value engine.(not econ tho) rare.look around there were plenty..
