@iRage, I just trapped in to Grace after going through some articles and reviews. Like you said Honda has streched it too much to compare it to Accord. But there is obvious improvement in every aspect to previous gen city and for me its better than current civic. Grace has surprisingly good interior space due to longer wheelbase .Its rear leg space exceeds 5 series and according to Honda it comes closer to Accord hybrid ..

I got this date from a method using chassis number given in the one of the auction site. I checked few other cars and all gave similar late February dates. Actually I was not bothered about the manufacturing date before , but now im interested in knowing it exactly. Need to contact the importer tomorrow.

That is one of the toughest decisions to make. Yep, this is the 5th year and had lot of good memories with it.like you , Eg8 was my dream car since my O/L days and losing her is a bit of a hard pill to swallow. Good part of the story is that I can see her everyday as new owner will be my neighbourhood friend lives 50m away from my place! . Desission is mainly family oriented one and with a small kid ,need a vehicle with bit of safty gear. I already requested from my friend that ask me first whenever he is selling it in the future.

Im too in the process of getting a car via a known importer and it was manufactured in late February and sold at the auction as S grade (5km) in 10th of september. Could this be the normal time taken to the registration , De registration process or anything weird in it?

Bought 4chanel DVR with 4 IR night vision waterproof cams, I TB seagate hard drive , power supply unit, 100m of both cam wires and power wires from 1st cross Street for 34k. All have 1 year warranty and only time consuming part was running the wires to the DVR. Quotation from my electrician was 90k for a similar spec setup. That DVR itself having motion sensing alarm, vedio loss alarm, etc. Ive got another battery operated motion sensor alarm with remote which is very useful as you can place it near your vehicle at night. (Costs about 5 $ at ebay)

You can hear SLBC chanels isn't it? . Those bulbs get hot in no time. So you have to consider it when covering the bulb or surrounding.

Sorry to hear it mate. I too had to improvise a bit to fix my existing dust cover . That disturbance to radio is could be due to electrical noise generated by leds. May be someone with expert knowledge will clarify it futher. That's another big drawback of these aftermarket leds.

Got down h3 cree 5000k led set with heat sink for low beams. They are no way near to 5000k cheap HIDs that was there before. So reverted back to old HIDs and wasted 7k on that experiment.

Some of those car sales having R grade cars with forged auction sheets with tampered odometers. If you don't know the importer personally, there is high probability that you will end up with one of those.

What's the tax percentage when clearing?. I think this lense is now 28k at cameralk.

When you are up sizing , you can't blindly decide the profile of the tyre. Check with a online tyre size calculator tool like 1010tyre.com about the correct profile for 16 alloys. For 15 inch , its 195/50, so I think 195/55 most probably too much. Im using 195/50/15 in my Eg without issues (even with 4 adults at the back!) .If you want to use existing alloys with tyre , there are extreme options like fender rolling , but I personally don't prefer that sort of a option. Check at Civic-eg.com if you want to know further on fender rolling. As Don mentioned, best bet would be to get an advice from Amila, and you can even swap your existing set for a suitable one from there.

Yep . Canon got a DC motor. Are you sure that Nikon got a AF motor?

Pardon me for my ignorance, I thought most of the entry level Dslrs needs lens with focusing motor. ( both canon and nikon) I saw at cameralk listing that both nikon and canon got 70-300 lense for below 20k without auto focus motor.
