Fuel economy measured by the so called trip computer is cr*p. When it says 12kmpl the actual amount can be 10kmpl. The old fashion way can also be wrong, as sometimes you fill it to the cap and sometimes stop when the pump automatically stops. And when you disconect the battery the kmpl readings get retested and the kmpl becomes higher than normal

5 mill is a good price for one. I don't think u can get a good one for that price. According to my knowledge silver color basic high millage ones are at that price, yet it is an excellent vehicle, but get a good idea of the fuel economy before u buy a GDi one

The march is not economical yet it is a car that can't be killed. Give it all the burdens in the world and it will give u an innocent smile. I've personally experienced that the 1240cc(13kmpl) does more than the 1000cc(10kmpl) in the city Also the ak12 with the cr12de engine does better than the hr-series engines on the k11s

That is the economy you'd get in you'r car. it can also change from time to time by u'r driving style.(as it dosen't have a rpm how can u tell) It's good of u to be honest. Some idiotic Japanese econobox owners brag about their economy.

I don't know whether u'r talking about the 2010 Thailand model But the 2008 Japanese model does about 11kmpl in the city and 13-15 in the long run.

So you saw ABS when you removed the wheel. I've never seen it in any of my normal vehicles. So the drive shaft or brake disk must be made from ABS plastic in the P-Use (prius) vehicles

How about the diesel version of Montero sport (not the IO)? shouldn't it be better? there seem to be a few from the lateset version on the road, including some "permit" ones... The diesel 2008 one does 10-12kmpl, no problems to report still for about 4 years, yet the prices are very high compaired to the petrol. The Montero sport was made in Japan till the end of 2008. But The new model (2010) is made in Thailand now.

Go for a manual that problem will be solved There's a big fuel economy differance between my uncles auto and my manual one (obviously the manual dose more kmpl) And the power is so much that u can do a 4wheel wheel spin, even while shifting to 2nd gear. No problems to be reported in my 4 yrs of use. only periodic maintainance at the company.(I don't know what happens if u give it to the local makabas.) Go for a hyundai, now it is reliable as a toyota or better.

Now I went shoping for a small car, For my mom. She wanted a vitz. But as my name suggests I convinced her to go for some thing else. Luckily the 2000-2001 VW Beetle was given a thumbs-up. So we went for a bug hunt. From the vehicles we saw 2 of them had interior parts hanging out. Is this a problem with the beetle (That means the others were mended with superglue), or can it be isolated (due to an accident or something). And one of that 2 had some nasty pimples on the dash board. Despite those problems the cars drove very impressively and the engine noise was music compared to the vitz and we liked the car. Finally found couple of good ones, Need to know whether those problems would appear in these too.
