CJ5, Just curious, when flushing the raddiator, do you keep the engine running for a bit to get the coolent out of the water pump & internals ?

Not exactly sure machang, If you are getting it done, go to a trusted place as messing with the radiator is a headache and it could lead to more problems than what you started with(this is almost always true ). Some places give you a guarantee on their work so you can go to them if something goes wrong.

Got a similar leak on my previous car but the leaking area was a bit bigger, Had the option of getting the top tank fabricated using aluminium but i was advised not to do this as it wasn't a guaranteed fix. So decided to get a recon radiator for 12K. Some people suggest to apply epoxy on the area but this rarely fixes the issue and it looks ugly afterwards. Recently a friend got a cracked top tank and he had gone to a place in ja-ela (i think) and they had replacement plastic top tanks that exactly fits the core, he had got one of them fixed and has no trouble up to now, it cost him close to 6K.

One shop in delkanda quoted me 400 for one smd light. Got it from ebay for 150.
