JD I think your talking about removing the rear panel and fixing a canopy with a few seats right ? Well it is not safe at all,as the rear pannel is completely removed off,it will have a adverse effect on the overall strenght of the Cab.And as tiv pointed out,buyers would normally keep out of these vehicles,unless you sell it very much below the market value -

The Car started to kind of vibrate abnormally,then it shut down,tried to start the car but failed then in the morning brought a mechanic down,and after inspecting he said that it's due to bad petrol.

It depends on the agents.But normally it takes a few months. And with a government like this you never could predict what will happen.From the agents point of view,they are correct,even though we'll have to wait till we get our purchase.
