Is it only me or does anyone noticed the number of ad postings in autolanka has significantly reduced.I think It's better to go back to the old appearance format. It was pleasant to the eye and clarity was better.
  2. Gay grade
  3. I had one 2 years back.Rust use to develop under the seat areas and steering wheel bore areas.Rust in the sense like a brown dust. But didn't saw any rust development near the outer wheel areas, these articles may be referring to the cold countries. But I definitely saw a big lack of transparent paint coating like that is used in older Mazdas.Poor job in paint department.Have a look on under the door arches as they are prone to rust. Not a major issue in sri lanka though.
  4. I vote for a vios
  5. Why would you sell a new shell 2003 fb15 and search for a car in 2.3m range again? :speechless-smiley-019:If you hate the car then it's a fair reason. You'll have a good chance ending up with a badly maintained car than compared to your one.
  6. The problems with Samsung phones are for me is every where you look you see the same UI,You quickly loose the interest on it after 2,3 month of use.And looking at the sheer number of fakes and replicas that look exactly the same every where you go you definitely loose the interest factor soon. And these phones are very prone to bazel paint fading issues after some use.And the touchwiz contact/caller menu lag is insane and that middle button is a failure on it's own.I hope it's not the same with s6.I would vote for LG over samsung.
  7. No matter how many trillion core comes what's the point if the battery technology still stuck in 90's. .You have thousands of gimmicks but you can't use them if you want your phone to last at least a day.Unless some major changes happen in the power section I don't think these spec games would matter in the times ahead.
  8. Check water pump it might not be working as it should+check fan speed levels, defective fans can cause this.
  9. Bro the best thing to do is note down the few cars you really love to own.Better if you can go for the Japanese side since this is your first ride, coz within few months your mindset may vary.Note down those few cars and take a trial run on each. You'll automatically fall in love with the one you want.I think a Honda or Mitsubishi lancer ex would be a good choice for you.lancer ex looks more appealing to me than a honda CRZ to me.Try your best to buy directly from a home and avoid car sales.
  10. If you can prioritize your needs it would be easy for the members. 1)Sportiness 2)looks 3)resale value etc.

    Rat Problem

Mouse trap is the way to go,or else bugger will die inside due to the sun.god that smell
  13. Did you exepriance this after the brake oil change?may be some air trapped in the system, bleeding out would help.On the other hand your brake rotors might be too glazed causing slipage.sand papering,or machinning the rotors can cure this.
  14. Honda Civic EG8,mazda bhalp
  15. worn out stabalizer link bar bushes(Google it) gives the same taka taka noise,It's a very cheap replacement unless you want to change the both links+bushes. You can simply get away replacing the 4 bushes only. But the garages may be getting an idea that you have a play in the rack center mechanism.First Just goto a simple garage and tell a guy to check if there's any play in the link bars or rack ends, simple hand shifting would give the noise.
  16. I guess this is some kind of a sensor problem,I had the same issue some years back with my nissan,It was a randmoly maulfunitiong MAF sensor. If possible get a ecu scan done with a good OBD Tool.
  17. I haven't been touch with the current market for a while bro,but few months back a 2001 facelift bj5p auto went around 1.8-2m.and the 1.3 version of it went around 1.5-1.7.I'm sure you can find a good 2002 auto around 1.8m mark.
  18. Buy the 1.5 auto,1.3 is poor on fuel+lack resale value.Buy the manual if you are realy fond of driving a manual.Fuel wise you can squeeze out 1-3 km more per liter by driving a manual,But it aren't worth the hassle of city driving.
  19. Go for an auto.Even the auto is tiring with this city traffic.
  20. I got cheated several times at Pala***e filling station, which has become a habit for them.I can only recommend Laug** filing stations as I have not yet encountered such events.
  21. Have you checked the fuel pump assembly hoses for any leaks(Under the seat). One of those gas exhausting pipes might have gone bad.
  22. Hi guys,Lately I'm exeprinecing a kind of a weird problem with my Toyota vios car.Car runs smooth normaly, but occationaly on some days car looses it's overall riding smoothness.Mentioned below are the symptoms I exepriance when this happens.(All happens at once) Steering become somewhat stiff. Car starts to shift hard and downshitt hard.(Not so hard but I feel the roughness, unlike when it's smooth),starts downshifting quickly and very frquently. Brake looses some power, looses the smoothness, brake paddle starts traveling near to the floor. car looses it's free traveling smoothness.(a/c on or off doesn't have any effect) This remains till the next day, other day smooth like butter. Other than that I don't experince any rough idling or engine miss.Fuel consumption is the same.Car Accelrates fine when power needed.I'm curious to know what's going on.tanx.
  23. ga15de check the distributor+maf sensor,before replacing anything I reccomend you to do a scan at A*W.
