Hi Guys I'm hoping to change my car tyres to 14inch . Currently i got 185/70R/13. planning to 185/70R/14. so need to change the rim size too. Before that i'd like to know the pros cons will this change affected to 1. Pulling power of the car 2. Incorrect Speed and millage - because tyre size is big 3. Improve the handling? 4. Guys Since this issue i visited to arount 5 mechanics and they all said that this is comming from the gear box. one mechanic said he can fix by putting a brass washer in , not head about this , any idea ? you know i saw another car today - EK3 99 having same issue and the owner said it is normal. so now i think this is the common issue in EK3. my count is 5 cars now. sira

thank you for the advice i spoke to honda angent and one eng sait this coould be inboard joint may have worn any idea and how to test that. seems like ring a bell. because some time back one guy removed this inboard jouint with whole shaft and re-grrease them. that time i tested the that time weather it got a play . by holding the CV thread side and try to turn the inboard joint gear box side where the grooves on it. so there was no any play. now the honda said that grooves may have worn and thats why it got backlash with diven wheel ends how to test this sira

Hi I lift the car and with the gear 1 and tried to turn the lest wheel. so i heard the sound. so there is no clutch invoulved this test i belive Sira

Guys As my mentioned on " EK 3 Click noice" the issue with the gear box final drive on differential carier. the issue call differential pinion backlash. do you know any body can repair this ? looks the total carier needs to be replaced. and how feasible of the repair Sira

The U mount- it was thiland. can cost was 3700. i found a place in delkanda - supream motors and they are open 365 days. prices are good

I replaced all pully belts today by my self. while doing this i had to remove one of engine mount which near the main pully. it was totally damadged. i replaced with new one . now i can see there is less backlash noice comming on this car. get it checked your one also. sira

Yes, it is . same wattage. do not use 95w or soem thing like that. this is wonderfull. by the way, you need to install relays initially. because my on got 1.5 voltage drop and this was fixed by installing relays. sira

Is this EK3? if then this issue is one of common . because the Idle up control valve get stuck some times. it needs to be cleanned. i do not think do a tune up for this small matter sira
