Ripper, Talked to few guys at the track to see what they are using for cameras and lot of people had good comments about the Contour HD. It was between this and the GoPro HD. No video clips on the GoPro HD since it's not out yet. GoPro is about half the price of the Countour HD so if you're considering, you might want to wait and see how GoPro HD compares against the Countour. Contour HD site http://www.vholdr.com/

Ripper, Not too sure about how good they are. I used to have a Gopro which I liked but the battery life was terrible. Gopro camera is nice small package and you can mount it anywhere including on your helmet. It is also waterproof which I think is a plus in SL. They are supposed to come out with a new HD version but the price remained about the same and also supposed to address the battery life issue. Most iridium plugs will get you ~100k miles before you have to change them on most fuel injected cars. Iridiums do respond well to forced induction cars running high boost. i.e. >1bar and give you less ignition issues due to high cylinder pressure. If you're running crazy boost and have ignition issues, you can remedy some of it by switching out to an iridium tipped plug. Beyond that, no real gain in performance per se as per above posts.

Thanks all, appreciate the kind words. I left the factory steering damper which is electronically controlled based on speed. Nice and soft at low speeds and tighten up as the speed increase. Used to have a GPR V4 but didn't like it much. Great damper but little challenging at low speed tight turns since you have to set the damping and that is what you get all the time. I had a bad crash in late May and decided to retire from the street and concentrate on track only. Goal is to do as many track days as possible this year and maybe half of next year before making an attempt at getting my racing license. Looking to compete in mostly the regional stuff. Nothing too serious but something fun to keep me occupied. Stripped the bike almost to the frame before building it back up. All the nuts and bolts were turned by yours truly and very happy to be done in time for my first track day next weekend. On to pictures...
