Hi Guys, Tuesday sounds fine 4 me too Well the badge idea is good just a simple system would be good. With regards to getting the word out I can get some Mazda branded banners from my garage guys – Mazda Motors ( Nothing abt the garage just logos and stuff of Mazda ) I can also post a notice at his place of the event so that we can get other uses of Mazda & ford to come. So let me know the date and time and any other info so that I can get it running. Also will look at publicity through the agents Mazda but can not confirm it yet...any 1 at Ford although they are closing up shop ??? Hay Madz – that’s great idea… can we look at having a list of the members and contact number (Those who wish) been uploaded with a small pic of the ride – sort of a database… can talk when we meet PS : Any luck with the A/L sticker ???

Just read that DPMC is pulling out form the Ford partnership which apparently is over 50 years. They claim it’s due to the lack of Ford not having a range ( Bullshit in my humble opinion ) true not as much scope as QQ or Bujaj…. But come on… So there goes the only place we could call as a decent joint to take the Mazda’s & Fords to. Really sad to hear that …..

HI all, Yes I totally agree with Madz on the difficulty of getting up a site and having hit’s then keep going as I too was a part of motor website many years ago that didn’t take off quite well. Having said that What I feel is let’s keep the website for another day…. Guys lets concentrate on the meet and getting the guys together and launching the Mazda meet/club… then we can look at the website – We need to help Pradfed out here – I can help out with some stuff hence pls let me know what areas are pending… Collection of cash for the T’s is a issue how can we get that organized? Better if we can collect the cash Prior – Not too knowledgeable on the costs and Quantity’s but let’s try not to go overboard. The venue- How much will it cost and how can we pay for the same… ? I shall be calling Pradfred and getting some info Pls guys lets try and get as many members for the same… We need to take down some info (Registration) so that we can send out mailers etc and event s as well as info etc…

Great Idea Man… Mod’s Please can we look at this- I know it’s advertising in some way but let’s face the facts… Too many people out there are taking us for a ride. We can have categories such as tune up, AC etc and there can be provisions for uses to leave feedback. Just like Ripper said on the E bay. Once a member goes to the shop he should tell the owner that he got the info from the site and we keep feedback on it so that he knows we mean business and he too can increase his business thereby we are helping both motorist and people who do an honest job. I’m sure there will be feedback for both good and bad – hence this can be a good site for members to seek advise Hope U dig the idea…

Firstly I’m truly sad to hear of this unfortunate incident that happened to you. A BIG thank you for letting fellow motorists know about your experience. I think it’s fair that we allow names to be put as it’s for the good of all motorists… Every one is trying to take the public/consumers for a RIGHT ROYAL RIDE starting from the top buffoons in the parliament…. I don’t know about other but I shall be spreading the word ….. I’ve simply had enough Great of U to go through all the trouble and protocols but as we all know it’s all a load of BS and waste of time but some 1 has gone through the process…..I for 1 salute u for going through the process….

I've got the same car- runiing almost the same with 14" rims- using Roadstone for he past 1 year (V grove design) - pritty good and can't complain. Got it from Amila in clombo 2 - reaonable price - speak to a guy called Sanjeeva - she should be able to sort u out.

Well both makes are almost equal in terms of the production line, we tend to use the same parts hence No issues what so ever to have a joint club in my humble opinion. Anyway I have a deep passion for both brands and I learned to drive in my fathers Ford Escort GT – and that was one of the best times of my life – relay miss her ( The Car) …. So let’s call it "Mazda & Ford owners Club" Shall we look at having another meet towards the End of March - Hope the Gods won't try to screw us again...???

As overdrive has said it- don’t leave bird crap for long. I understand that if u park in the morning and the last u see is during the evening to drive back home – it’s already harden due to the heat. Get some boiling water and keep pouring it – most of the bird crap goes off – gently rub it with a cloth (Mind U don’t get in contact with the water) If all else fails – well then the rubbing compound and a polish. A regular polish will help u loads. However tree sap is dangerous – the sooner u get it off the better Good luck

Hi all, Got a few pics that I took – need to resize them as it’s too large will do it and post it. Well the blooming weather gods were not to happy I suppose …. Since Sunday was a nice sunny day. Hope all who came went home safely as I just could not see beyond 5 feet in front of me. Velocity – hope u didn’t require any towing All in all it was nice to put some faces to the screen names… glad to have met you gus and YES we need to do another one. Patfred - Thumbs up for putting the idea and pushing it – I know lot of us had the idea but never seriously too it to the next level including me.
