Yep,went through the service manual and its called PGM-Carb control unit.But its not existed in Sri lankan single carbed Eg.(D15B3)

Machan sorry for my ignorance, I thought Eg carb versions dont hav ECUs,so no Obd thing. Atleast my single carb doesnt have an Ecu!

D 15b is the JDM dual carb version also known as Mx. Most of the brand new egs to SL are single carbs also known as Eg Ex. Their engine code is D 15B3. Other single carb varint is D15b2, which has 1.3engine and I think they are commonly found in UK . I initialy thought your one is D15B2..

If its a compatible SIM,i think you can convert it into micro by cutting it. But if you have a older SIM, you need to go through the process of ownership transfer then getting a new sim by paying 500Rs and it takes about 2-3 days.(Dialog)

Machan make sure your sim is compatible to undergo this size change. What I understood was, not all the sims compatible to undergo the change and according to Dialog there older sims are not.

I got it done from dialog for free. They have a smaller cutting device like a stapler machine and it took less than minute. But if you have a bit older sim, you may have to change to a newer one. I had a dialog post paid sim issued good 5-6 years back and they said those type of sims cannot be converted to microsim by cutting. So they copied my older sim to a new one and gave it to me after cutting it.

Mate, Dont install Hids to normal reflectors as they will scatter the light and will be a real headache to oncomming traffic. I think its ilegal to fix hids to non projector headlamps now. I think its better to check the condition of your reflectors and dirrection of your headlight beam first. Still worried ,go for high out put bulbs like osram night breaker. This topic has been discussed recently . Bit of search will help you futher.

Machan , hope you havent read my post . If you want to be rip off, just go there!. In my case they asked me to pay Rs7000, just to fix a taiwan 12v relay to head light wiring when fixing Hid. I asked the reason for the cost . There answere was that, they tap the lines comming out from ECU and its bit risky to get lines from ECU plus some aditional bullshit. The funny part of the story is that , my car doesnt have an ECU and i knew the cost of the relay before. So they just reduced the price to 3000rs after hearing the ECU story. I dont know whether its just happened to myself and komi purely because we are in a feild where majority of our colleagues have limited knowledge on car related stuff.

Yes machan, its bloody cheap and way better than ordinary Bosche ,in my case only lasted 3 months. Ive used this particular branded thing almost 2 years (1st set)and actually it has some life left. ( only one tiny water mark appered in driver side one and bit disturbing in night driving). I got these from a place near Horana . There is a frameless wiper brand called Mercury(Korean) that im using for almost two years. It held up really well despite the frequent wet wether in my area. Today I replaced them and got a new set and it still costs 1200 per pair.

Most of the car audio places will do the job for you. But make sure you discuss the total cost before the job as you may end up paying some insaine charges just for fixxing. Please avoid ad#ance c#r au#io as both myself and komi had real bad deals with them when it comes to labour charges. Can recommend Bara sterio Dehiwala or Pet#o.

Thank you very much for the info. I went there today and they had only H4 osrams. What i felt was they are not that experts in these stuff cuz they didnt even understand the word H3.

These bulbs available in most of the motor spare shops and branded one costs around 60/=. If u cant find one with a cap, just remove the exsisting cap carefully and swap it to the new one. I replaced one of my AC panel lights last month in my Eg and i did it that way.

Is KRK now owned by Macvud or are those designers coming from a same family with some genetic disorder!. Only good thing is that those guys may reduce the rate of Eg and Ck raping now!

Yep, its tube type.I think it has a 8 inch speaker delivering more than enough bass for my car, although my player doesnt have seperate sub out. As chan said dont expect the best but its more than enough for a car or van.

Having a chinese one almost one year (Brand is DHZECT,or something similar)and still holding well. It will fullfill your requirements as well. Its available in most of the car audio places and price is close to 10k.

Tried every trick including a factory reset. Thank you very much for the link. I went through xda forum and only solution is to run on a custom ROM and Im reluctant to go in that way. They have released us update (sprint) after correcting it. Pathetic part is that,there is no way to contact samsung as our country is not included in their web site.
