spot on vishkid. Most of the fake S3s are selling as korean S3 and they are cheap. One guy told me that, you should have bought a korean s3 as it has a tv tuner!. Then I told him that genuine one is never came with a tv tuner and stupid aerial, he almost collapsed ! (He already asked to buy 2 phones from Korea via his friend).

Consumer affairs authority helped one of my cousins to get a warranty cover from a phone shop at bambalapitiya. Issue was that they refused to replace a disply within warranty period saying it's not covered. Also they have wasted 2 weeks saying various lies, ect. So put a complaint and they held a inquiry involving both parties . Shop owner had to replace the disply with genuine one plus said that chargers, headsets, also comes under warranty and sellers just cant put those terms on consumers. ( Funny part was that after the complaint shop owner tried his level best to get rid of the inquiry saying " malli api kohomahari hadala dennum, ada ennawada" and before that whenever we tried to contact him , their answere was "boss busy, wadakata gihilla ,").

Me too . Its really comfortable and handy without them and also they are not compatible with my car dock.

Im using s3 I9300 for more than 1 year and no troubles till now despite few hard falls. Like shiffer said those soft cases will damage the back cover as dust and small particles get collected and scratch the cover. Im not using any of them now. Had few firmware issues after JB upgrade early, but all of them were corrected with 4.1.2. Ive noticed some apps continue to work although you have exit it properly and they consume the battery a lot. (Like GT racing, ect)

Do Downloaded the navitel app and map from the given link , but it couldn't be installed. It says no programme to open the .apk file. (S3 )Did you install it via the pc?

Using steelmate with above features more than 4 years now and never had a single issue with them. Like Gayan said, you have disabelled some of the good features and with that you have killed the purpose of the system too.

Using steelmate unit for more than 4years now. (Not even had to change the battery of the remote key) You can adjust the sensitivity by turning a screw in the unit inside the car.

Thermovalve regulates vaccum connections to the some parts of the carb and few other vital parts like AC idle up solenoid etc. Parts like powervalve,Autochoke,etc also needs proper functioning of thermovalve. You can check each and every vaccum line at home, if you go through user manual's troubleshooting page. Hope Rumesh will give you more comprehensive answere.

Nope.. Its called the thermovalve and Ive got it from the user manual and Ive searched for it sometime back when I was rebuilding my carb. But my mechanic found a matching specimen from different brand (Nissan) , which has 4tubes. ( Last two lines goes into same vacum line, so it worked). Back then tech guys told me that they can import it for something like 10k. If you have other pages in above manul, go through D15b3 and D13b2 engine pics, and vaccum line diagrams. If I remember right its named as num14 in vaccum connection diagrum.
