That's bloody awesome.. Here's my suggestions based on our KE72 restoration project and may not applicable for a Jeep. How about starting with engine clean up by ending it to a place like Ediri*^ Brothers? While the engines out it allows to check the wiring job and fix the rust spots right? If you plan to off-road I'd say do a good treatment for rust protection and not spend too much on paint. Is the condition of the radiator and the fan is good? Free of mud or any damages? Looks like the previous owner already upgraded the wheel and tires and looks like it already have a lift? Check the condition and may be upgrade them to get more flex out of it. How the condition of the lights? Does it still have seal beams? If so I'd suggest to upgrade to new housing which you can put LEDs. In my opinion for reflector housing LEDs would work good and no need the hassle of getting HIDs. Built in air compressor with fast inflating power also a handy tool. I have a portable air compressor and it takes like 30 minutes to inflate all 4 tires and I hate the wait. If you have a really good air compressor that allows you to upgrade to diff locks. How is the condition of the auxiliary lights? Do they have proper wiring job done? Have LEDs (not old school halogens)? I like doing lighting job my self taking time to find good lights, wires and good looking switches. I also use wire condutes and insulate properly. Those are few things came in to mind and my ideas might sound like stupid. But just wanted to see that thing looking good and in excellent condition.

toyota prado 150 tire pressure for srilankan road conditions?

Ha ha.. the tech and 35" tires very tempting. Not having solid axles is bit of concern. I also wish they used a natural aspired ford engine than the eco boost ones. Or if they had thier diesel it would be awesome. Have to check. Let's see if it can beat the Wranglers in terms of off-road capability.

This is from a similar vehicle called Toyota 4Runner but more off-road focus vehicle. Now I'm running a slightly bigger tire 285/70/R17 but running at 33-34psi. -

I know this statement is very controversial. But I'm extreamly happy how much better Kia and Hyundai has come. No I'm not a Kia and Hyundai fan boy or owned them (yet. I'm just happy as a car enthusiast. I might even buy one as I'm beginning to like the features they offer for the price and have test driven few models.

Just curious what your oil cap says, 5w-30 or 0w-20. When I search online the owners manual say 0w-20. https://owners.honda.com/vehicles/information/2018/Civic-Hatchback/manuals

Aiise Kolitha, Why you ask this question from Consumer Reports who seem to have no idea about cars and the prices in Sri Lanka?

Sooo true.. Getting on my nerves when the wires don't come from engine bay through the firewall in to the cab..

I bet getting wider wheels could increase the road noise and might impact a on steering feel right? I bet same width and 1 size taller tires with slightly lower load index would give a comfort ride right? Doesn't a 1cm drop would make it feel more firm / reduce in comfort? Also the ground clearance might be a concern too right? If ground clearance is not a concern and need to maintain the same comfort level that would be lot of work to find the right shocks and correct load rated spring? I may be wrong, I was just thinking of the comfort aspect of it as this is not a car that people would think of handling department. For example someone buying a lancer / civic I would totally agree with wider tires, etc..

Anyone thought of installing a front camera? I'm not sure how easy to get the parts to SL, but sharing just to get an idea as I think it might be a good idea.

Congratulations. Look sooooo good. Yes changing the battery is very good. Might want to check tires as well. Not only tires might have flat spots for not moving but also rubber might have got close to expiry time as well.
