Actually I would love to jump in and drive but very busy these days. Hardly found time to bring it down from the company. Because this is on mom's permit there is no issue in keeping it on her name if there is any such case. Nothing special it's just a boring Montero Di-D 3.2 . And sorry I still couldn't take a photo. Selected it with the brain while the heart was on the Range rover, because it will be ultimately driven by a driver and will not have time for company services.

Thank you very much, Yes I'll keep it away from the cops So will the new owner be the 1st owner or the 2nd owner, Will there be any aditional cost?

We just imported a brand new vehicle trough the permit and considering of keeping it unregistered for some time, till we sell a vehicle we are using now. We don't need to use it in a hurry. We are able to keep it parked without taking it out. Is there any law regarding keeping it unregistered and is there a fine? If so how much is it? Is it possible to register the vehicle in another persons name (or a company's name) as the 1st owner when registering rater than using the permit holder (he's also a family member).

Name The Car You Felt Easiest To Handle

It depend on what you get used to, I was a lot used to the montero sport and it seemed to be even easyer to drive than the Nissan March for me. Which should be completely the otherway around. I mean parking reversing manuvering and everything. When you get used to the four corners a semi will even feel like part of you'r body -
Go for the Pajero io, If you are not using it everyday the low fuel economy will not be that much of a problem. It's a newer vehicle with all the normal options

Is there a driver's airbag deactivation switch. Drivers drive carelessly when they know they are safe risking the people in the back and outside the car.

Is it just me or, have they taken the inspiration from the posterior of the KIA cerato and made it just that little bit more uglier to make people believe that it's still a Toyota. The days of the jaguar sonata is over. All in all it's a corolla that I wouldn't bother driving in,

Times have changed, With the rise in the fuel bills the more fuel efficient Koreans may take the lead, And unlike the Musso the new Korean SUVs Santafes and Sorrentos are pretty much refined,

The picture says it all they are made left hand drive

Hand Break And Battery Indicator Error
Clark's son replied to newone's question in Electrical problems
The march K12 (beetle) models show both the handbrake and battery light when the alternator is not working properly. Check it must probably be the alternator brushes the replacement will cost only around Rs.1000 and can be done by an everyday mechanic. -

Risk Of Duty Hike Or Changes After Opening Lc With A Permit
Clark's son replied to jterminator's topic in General Automotive
AFAIK The JPY declined from a very high value to a very low one recently due to a financial policy which was heavily criticized by the Japanese inverters, So there is a high chance that the JPY may increase in a very steap manner just like it decreased. But the USD did not decrease much and will not increase much during the period of order. So it's safe to import one. But importing a JPY vehicle is a high risk. -
It almost has a light to tell the driver wants a pee. Compared with the march which has almost no lights which almost never light up

A 2000 pajero is still a 13 year old vehicle, So if you buy one get ready for some repairs. I mean spear at least couple of lacks for it. If you buy a Kia it will be just buy and drive for at least another 3-4years. But when it comes to the 2008 santafe it's the same as the Sorrento except the cover and it will be available below you'r budget so the best bet is one of them. Or you can go for a newer Sportage or tucson. There is no need to pay that much of interest on the lease

Toyota Aqua Vs Honda Fit Hybrid
Clark's son replied to lahiru_carlover's question in Car Buying Information
Na with the paddle shift and the nicely placed driver oriented meter cluster the fit hybrid will be a nice place to be in compared to the boring prius and vitz combined aqua. you can't bargain for more they have combined the cars that i hate the most.- 14 replies

No the Fortuna is in the range of the Fortrout, Forsalmon, Forsalaya and Forparawa range. On a serious note I would think you should have a good look at the new santafe as a good competitor for the 2013 sorrento.

Toyota Aqua Vs Honda Fit Hybrid
Clark's son replied to lahiru_carlover's question in Car Buying Information
I also recommend the Fit. It will be cheaper so can get with more options or can save some money. Looks better. Has options like panorama roof and paddle shift, (don't know if the aqua has them)- 14 replies
