I dont think fiberglass will hold if your turbo has a high boost level, any way better than nothing. BTW did you check if it was just the housing or is the whole thing in bad shape ? maybe you can try to find just a housing.

Head light reflectors are not made out of metal, especially in a maruti.they are made out of plastic and have a chromium or some other form of reflective coating on them, and this paint fades away when exposed to higher wattage than recommended. the best option for Mjayanath is to stick to the oem specs, but if he wants more the best option is to fit in a pair of aftermarket fog light so he can switch them on when needed. -
is this the part ? if so its a wastegate actuator.If you are not driving in the car that has that part its better to take it with you, but if it is its not a good idea to remove the wastegate cause your turbo might over boost.

It would be easier if we know your requirements, what options do you want ? dvd playback,bluetooth,usb input,i pod support ? Are you going for a TV unit or just a stereo ? BTW do you want a single din one or a dual din one ?

Sounds like a DIY job, the best option is to buy the stuff from darley road cause then you will have a lot of options to choose from. Maybe you can even reduce the price of the product since there wont be any leighbour costs.

Just to be clear, are you talking about the mazda 2 Hatch back or the sedan ? The hatch back is called Mazda demio and goes arround 3m. Haven seen the sedan version arround here though.

Yep and since lower profile tires have small side walls they tend to be stiff so when cornering at high speeds they dont sway to sides like normal tires, but sacrifices a little ride comfort. Also bigger rims means that manufacturers can fit in brakes with bigger diameter disks as well.
