2. If car is locked, somebody opens with a key, alarm starts this is also a safety feature...dont worry about it mate... our one cost 19,000/= there are many more fuctions in that..so please read the manual dude.. i think steel mate is a goood one for that amount..

mate its not a fault..our one its the same... see wen you stop the engine and wait for some time without locking then the system thinks that you forget to lock the car.. then in the remote panel you can see the word "AUTO ARM" that means all the security functions are activated.. so when you open the door for sure the alarm will come.. when the AUTO ARM comes then unlock from the unlock button...then the word "AUTO ARM" goes off from the display panel..that means security fictions deactivated now. then you can open the door without getting the alarm...

agree with you allion is certianly better than axio when it comes to design...

Demio is the Best . my car does 16 km/l outstation & 15 Colombo. fun to drive this is a comment under the thread "Vitz, Fit & Demio ???" so looks like demio also comes into play under "the best economical car"...

check the thread "TOYOTA PRIUS" dude then youll get an idea of drawbacks.. i have seen adds about prius(2007/2008)...price range was arond 2.4m - 2.7m with the tax reduction... but dont know the quality of them...

Bluebird sylphy? is it G11 of the FG10? G11 is impossible for 2.5M so i think you meant FG10 isnt it? do you think its economical than n16 and n17? is it your idea or have you experienced? what i think is its more or less same when it comes to FG10 sylphy and FG10 n16,n17 except the sylphy with CVTC..

is it 2003 brandnew? i think it depends on the condition of the car dude.. if the car in superb condition and if you have the maintenance history + owners manual and all i think its ok...

what about the belta 1000cc..? it also comes with vvt-i and cvt(correct me if im wrong please) isn't it good on consumption?

Including city + outstation" this city + outstation doesnt give any clear idea... what is the meaning of that... when comparing with others its better to use city only..NOT CITY + OUTSTATION.... if you do 10 km in city and 100 km in outstation whats the sense?be precise ? I DONT THINK axio will do 16km/l in Colombo traffic except you turn off the A/C..
