Reckless

I got a HP Pavilion laptop from them for easy payment scheme, couldn't even use it for a week. It stopped working completely. returned it, and after nearly 3 weeks after multiple visits and phone calls I got a new laptop, just to find out that the charger and bag is still at their repair center. Had to visit the showroom again to get them back. Their service is just horrible. This is my first and the last business with them.

and that easy payment scheme is such a ripoff. They blocked 74,000 from the credit card. If I bought it from Unity Plaza for cash I could have got it for 63,000.

damn, but yea i had a small encounter claiming warrenty for a huawei tab. there service is SHIT
