  2. Well said.... 1+
  3. But can we compare wankle engines and usual engines by their capacity ? Because the mechanism is different and probably wankle engines produce more power as well as more emissions in a given capacity.
  4. Simply refer the user manual or the wiki.
  5. :D :D :D well said ... LOL :action-smiley-060: :action-smiley-060:
  6. For Sri Lanka still better to stick with regular car... so axela is better AFAIK.
  7. :D :D Modified wheel barrow will be handy. :action-smiley-060: :action-smiley-060:
  8. When u r stopped in traffic changing the shift to "N" may do good for fuel rather than stopping in "D".
  9. For the front it cost me about 60k. I bought from eur*nip**n, all are japan used. u need, 1.front buffer 2.Head lights 3.Side/Signal lights 4.Shell 5.Shell panel For the front its just removing the olds and fixing the new & painting the buffer & shell panel.Any paintguy can do it & if u can find the same color shell panel & buffer its a DIY job. But for the full conversion you need a good tinker as there are lot of curves and lines.I did at Kurunegala and if u need I can let u know the details. I can recommend him for the job. I have seen few of these half conversions. But they are not appealing to me. Hope to upload few pics later as my cam is borrowed by a pal.
  10. Guys, I am giving life to this old tread to share my experience with you about the facelifting of my 110. You need; 1. Headlights 2. Side lights 3. Front shell 4. Shell panel 5. Front & rear buffers 6. Back lights 7. Boot lid 8. Dash board & yes… a good tinker. I bought these items from reconditioned Japanese body parts shop for 120k. Fixing in the front is nothing, just remove the old and fix the new. But for the back you need a good tinker and very much time consuming. There are lots of minor things you have to keep in your mind. There are lot of curves and angles to create and need lot of attention . Replacing the dash is the next thing & had to employ an electrician as some wiring to do as some positions & designs are different. And a/c duct line to the center vents had to be created by fiber as it was not available (cost 1.5k). New beading to the boot opening should put as previous one is not long enough. And lining in the boot should recreate, but I didn’t put it yet. But the outcome of this project is questionable (increase of the value is may not much as you spent. And it may be cheaper to buy the new model after selling the old) I did this because the entire nose of my car is condemned after a crash and I could claim for the entire front. Cheers… ..

    Obd2 Port

It does have an OBD1 point. It is in the engine bay behind the air cleaner.
  12. What about this?
  13. I think it is the breather hose for controlling the air pressure in engine (specially in the oil sump). And in some engines (specially in diesels) it sprays oil and puffs black smoke when the engine is under compressured. Experts may correct me if I am wrong.
  14. I am 6 feet tall and I have driven a Maruti 800 for more than 2 years. No problem occurred in driving seat except had to drag the seat behind. But in rear seat you might hit your head on hood when the car goes over a hump or a pit hole . Now I am driving a corolla 110 and no problem at all! (due to the height )But I found difficult to drive old (32 sri... don't know the model ) carina as my legs hit the steering wheel .
