  1. max 11 out station. within city limits 8-9. Used a 2001 sedan for 2 months.
  2. CW, Some time back Mr. Harsha De Silva (MD) stated that they have stopped assembling vehicles. Now they bring down re-condition vehicles. You can see some of there stock in there head office based just before Katunayake Airport junction (sea side)
  3. Did you try the place in Kurana Junction? (land side)
  4. People who has the experience to identify a gay person....,,,, is Gay.
  5. Well said mate! My point is if you have a Hybrid shut the FU#K & drive it, with out walking around saying "hey I have a hybrid & it's the best car in the world". In fact my father owns a Insight & he bought it after he sold his EK3 (bought brand new) Now that he is retired he does not have big cash to spend & wanted to buy a decent unregisterd car to go around here & there. I have driven it but it's just another car for me. But the way Cali presents him self is like a 18 year old kid has just got his Driving License.
  6. Cali, Did you buy a Hybrid to go fast? WTF????
  7. AFAIK, Engine tune up has nothing to do with this vibration. It has to be the with the Mounts. Any way hang on until our AL experts come in.
  8. People who buy FB14's for 1.6-1.7 should be shot inside the car. Might as well invest another 200K and buy a FB15.
  9. Mate, For us buying a Parker is a bit of a big deal. But for a certain level of people buying a Parker is like more or less buing an Atlas pen. So they buy a Montblanc to find ways to burn money they have.
  10. Amen! And some killing people without any problem like we kill mosquitoes.
  11. I use Glade. Bought first one from Ar#ico. After it was over bought a re-fill bottle. Can be used for 2 to 3 months I guess.
  12. Cops get leave to go home after completing there target for fining motorists. This is what I heard from couple of 3 Wheeler chaps.
  13. Exactly! First the Cop should fine the owner of the vehicle who parked near a yellow line. You can only park where there are white lines.
  14. Bora, No point of talking man. I don't think those Dumb a#ses know there is a website by the name of AL. If so they will deffineatley be more responsible drivers after seeing these comments. On my way to Tangalle last week I saw several damages drivers have caused to the safety fences on either sides of the High way.
  15. Too big. But good as a family car especially if your going out of the town. But to drive around the city, it won't be a good choice.(With increasing number of vehicles)
  16. Jay Sun, Don't you think that the 1000CC engine is a bit under powered?. Heard by April they are planning to launch the 1300CC version.
  17. Also your vehicle must be insured with Learner Insurance.
  18. Sylvi, Well said mate! Again you will here about oil exploration only during the next election season. So sad to see most of the people falling for these bull s*%t statemenmts.
  19. Peugeot 206 looks better than Kellisa.
  20. Pasan, If your looking for a car manufactured after year 2000 you will have to forget 110. Also some of the 1998 models go for 2- 2.1 Mil. But you can get hold of of a good EK3 in the same era for around 1.8-1.9 Mil I guess. In my opinion with your requirements you can go for a Suzuki Swift or a Chevy Cruze (YOM 2004). Also make sure you take a reliable person with you to check the car since you have no idea about this field. I saw an advertisment some time back about a person who wills to check a car &charge Rs 1500/= per visit.
  21. Rover, If you had both your hands on the wheel you could have argued for your inocennce. Since you had one hand in your phone, you are at fault in my opinion.
  22. HC, After I posted my reply I thought Komi was referring to the place you mentioned. I called them last week & they said they only have a D15 motor right now. Any way I'm thinking of paying a visit next week. Thanks for the info! Shan, Will do that mate. Thanks!
  23. Komi, Thanks a lot for the info mate. Any way have you seen any work done by him? I need some one who can do the job neatley. I will pay a visit next saturday. If you can please mention the name of the place. I'm surprised not to see racersedge in this thread who reads the Bible of Hondas every day.
  24. Shan, Exactly mate. Performance. My ride is a carb & not vtec. About the expences, for last 2 years I have been collecting some cash for this project(From the time I bought it) & after the rebuild I'm planning to use it at least for another 3 years. So I guess it will be an investment for the future. Some things I have in my mind to do... 1) New Engine 2) New Gear box 3) New ECU (with tuned chips) 4) New suspension 5) Replace all 4 shock absorbers 6) Install 4 Disk Breaks 7) New paint (Including engine bay) 8) Leather Interior (Touch of luxury) LastlyNO Body Kits! Any way do you have any recommendations to get this done?
