    The beemers you can find for your budget are comparatively old and you may have to get into repairs and it will cost the hell out of you. The X1, 323i within 7 years of manufactury would be in your budget range but is it worth buying an X1 or a 523i. You may have the satisfaction of owning a BMW but I don't feel like they are true beemers. They lack the spacious comfortable quality the other beemers such as 520D, X3, has. So it's better to seek for comfort and good handling for a lower cost such as MAzda 3, Honda accord or Toyota camry

      Gonaa Model cuz most of the buyers just follow a herd. Personally I dnt hate the thing, its a decent hybrid crossover that WAS available for a reasonable price.

    He has clearly said it's FB15. They came with 1.5L engine. The one came with 1.3L engine is called B15. It is a cheaper car than FB15 with semi options.

    My father bought 1998 FB 15 manual for 15 Lacks in 2001 and sold it in 2011 for 16.50 lacks with a mileage of 150k.

    Thanks for clearing that up. I have confused it with belta. So that means yaris loses one positive point it had. Only the engine seems to be different (by that fuel consumption as well)

    From the appearance these two are the same. But the Yaris owners (sincere ones) have been complaining it felt underpowered on hill roads and while overtaking. This is most probably due to the 1.3L engine . But correct me if I'm wrong Yaris is Japanese while Vios 2006 is Thailand or somewhere else. So consider that as well when you decide what you buy.

    It's nice to see a Toyota fan on this forum after all. If you consider about fuel economy the best you have here is 121 and vios. Even though Vitz, Yaris and Belta has comparatively smaller engines , they are not as good as those two on fuel. Specially these two are felt underpowered when you climb hill roads (won't matter if you're planning to drive them on Colombo city limits) Comfort - Allion and 121 are much comfortable than the others. Allion has better front and rear leg space than 121. Design- it's quite personnel. For me out of these allion 240 looks better than the others. Vios, Vitz.belta and Yaris look stupid to me All these cars are reliable, but if you're planning to use it for another 5 or more years , it would be wise to buy a comparatively new one

    I dont know about occasional 4x4 in wildlife parks. But it goes with other requirements of your's. Second hand petrols go around 4.8 M. A diesel would do about 5.5 M

    Is your new car something 'out of this world?'.You can find a lot of threads regarding the most recently introduced vehicles such as vezzle, subaru hybrid in this forum. So you can go through them without even being approved. there is no need to post stupid questions such as "What would be the market price of a brand new vezzle?, How good the vezzle is on fuel? etc.' And remember the admin has a life as well.

    Well, first it has bad fuel figures considering its size and engine capacity. One of the owners said something around 7kmpl. Like dog years these cars have 'micro years'. There life span is about 5 years and one year of usage seems to be an appropriate time to get rid of it. :-P
