    Are you sure it's a mid size sedan? Because AFAIK allion and premio are compact sedans. Camry, Mark X etc are the mid size sedans of Toyota.

    Axio WXB has all the options you get in a hybrid G. Additionally it has day time running lamps, black leather seats, front sports shell (that's what they call it), rear smoked tail lamps and 16" alloys. Axio anniversary model has red interior, other options are the same as in a hybrid G. My personal opinion is there is no point of paying extra 4-5 lacks for a WXB or anniversary model. Don't think the current model will be replaced anytime soon. I personally don't own a Axio hybrid but have driven one a couple of times and did not feel under powered nor any of the owners complained such a thing.

    AFAIK kdh came first. When it was becoming popular, Nissan copied it. Somehow Caravan looks better than kdh now.

    There is a mechanism to enhance the sound of the motor and broadcast out when the vehicle is only driven by the motor, because it is nearly impossible to hear the vehicle in that mode. So that the pedestrians and animals on the road can hear the vehicle coming and prevent accidents.

    As asrock pointed out if it is factory fitted you'll find it as in the second photo. If it is fixed after market, you'll find it as a separate switch. But I've seen some car sales guys fixing the whole thing after market as in the second photo and call it factory fitted.
