    This is axela /3. If you wanted those headlights with bi xennon discharge lamps and daytime running lamps, you should have bought the 2.5L version of Mazda 6. You only get halogen projector lamps with no daytime running lamps with 2L one. But still you can fix xennon for your low beam projectors and also LED daytime running lamps around the fog lamp.

    Some photos of Mazda Axela / 3 2017 facelift were leaked. Seems like the chrome grill has pierced into the headlight. Love that design.

    Got a pair of Dunlop Indonesian 185/70 14'' tyres for 20,000/= from a tyre shop belongs to a friend of my father. We bought the car 5 years back from his car sale as well

    Well, Wagon R has its ups and downs comparing with 121. It is newer so less maintenance and better on fuel and 121 is spacious better handling comparing with Wagon R and comfortable. If I were you, I'd go for a well maintained 1.5L 121 out of these 2.

    Look harder. I'm pretty sure you'll find a K_ no within your budget. Even a well maintained J or H no would be ok. Don't worry about second hand market as long as Sri Lankans' mentality don't change towards Toyotas.

    I've driven my axio 141 on that route a couple of times and I was totally disappointed of the way it felt at those bends found somewhere between Kiriella and Ingiriya. There was plenty of body roll while taking corners due to soft suspension. I always had to slow down at the corners. This is a common issue of most of the JDM Toyotas and I am pretty sure this issue is more or less present in 121 as well. So considering your weekly travel on this route I think you'd be better off with a Mazda 3 or Lancer of the same era of 121. If you really want to go with 121, I think 1.5L won't be a problem.

    There are gasoline and diesel 121s. Gasoline 121s come in 3 engine capacities. 1.3L 1.5L 1.8L Out of these three 1.3L is not that good with fuel economy. The other 2 depends on your daily driving conditions. If you drive in city limits mostly with traffic 1.5L would do better on fuel. If it is long journeys including highways, 1.8 L would do better. And of course manual one would do better on fuel than the auto, but sadly most of the manual ones came with 1.3L engine which is underpowered.

    Talking about Toyotas, I've been using my axio 141 for 5 years now. When I was selected for the university my father wanted to buy a car for me. So I asked for a Mazda RX8 and yeah he said "NO". So he bought the axio for me saying it's good on fuel and easy to maintain. Now I know he made the right decision because I had to pump fuel and do the maintenance of the car with the monthly allowance I get from home. So I didn't have any problem during my undergraduate life with the car because didn't have any major repairs except for the regular maintenance and decent on fuel as well. But honestly I don't appreciate the handling of the axio that much. Now I've finished my studies and I'm looking for a Mazda axela or a 6. Toyotas maybe good on fuel and maintenance, but that's definitely not what the heart wants.

    Actually this car was introduced recently, so its too early to say anything about the second hand market. This recommendation is based on the previous perodua cars which did well in our country such as Kelisa, viva elite....

    I saw on the newspapers that there is a Ford high pressure car washer which is distributed by Macks holding for 22,500/- . It's 160 bar . Anybody has any experience with that?

    I was keeping an eye on this car advertisement from the beginning. First he asked for 10 million. Then within a few days it dropped to 9.5 million. Then it was 8.5 and the ad is still there with the price tag of 8.5 million. Anyway congrats on your purchase. You're really lucky if you bought it for 6.8 million.
