  1. http://nissan-europe.epcdata.ru/patrol/y61/2930-zd30ddti/body_front_roof_and_floor/680/68104N/ Unfortunately cant seems to find the knob, maybe you could send them an email if you have the part number.
  2. I've seen at least one basic grade here in AL. Basic one could be missing few other options too.
  3. For its size the allion does quite good on fuel and acceleration but obviously not as much as the axio. Watch out for CVT issues in both models specially if the car has run more than 100k. Like Dhork said multi function can be installed in all grades, the lowest grade does not come with push start and climate control. Some A15 models does not have the illuminated meter cluster.
  4. Any recommended place to get alloys with a good collection?

Great! I may need to change my tires too the originals are too puny.

See if you can get the Modellista alloys specifcally made for the 2015 Axio. Those are dope, there are a few cars here in SL which are fitted with them. I'm trying to source a set myself.

Where can I get them? Do you think these will be available here? If you happen to know a place please let me know.

  5. TL Rathmalana if its a Toyota.
  6. A job well done! May I know what was actually wrong with your original carina?
  7. Refer to this post
  8. TechHater you are correct, its a common issue with this type of Variable Displacement Compressors and our maka-basses fits a clutch driven compressor from a 121 or 240 as a solution. These are slightly larger than a VDC and needs modification to the brackets. VDCs are more fuel efficient and smooth. I would recommend replacing the VDC than fitting a 121 compressor. True, a recon one will cost you around 35k but it'll save you money and time on the long run.
  9. Like Dushyantha said slight amount of coolant reduce over a long period of time is acceptable. But if it reduces a lot after say a long trip, then you probably want to get your system checked. Remember that its a closed system. My allion had a small leak near the radiator neck, after it was fixed the reservoir level never dropped.
  10. I'm also surprised to hear that, only the Aliion/Premio 2015 onward has this feature.
  11. It has taken the impact quiet well considering the damage to the Prius.
  12. That was my first thought when I saw this post too.
  13. Did the insurance company say that?

I recommend you inspect it again, after all its the brakes.
  15. TL prices are little bit high, but they do the repairs according to factory spec. If your insurance company approve the estimate go to TL, but you will probably have to wait in a waiting list, which is usually 1-2 weeks.
  16. I too suggest the Mazda 6, but if fuel and resale value are your primary concerns, consider the 2016 Allion/Premio facelift.
  17. 1998, and only 79K on the clock that's whats wrong with it
  18. If it starts in EV mode yes but usually in the mornings my one sounds like a lawn mower and gradually tones down till EV mode, after that its all history!
  19. My one sounds like a freaking lawn mower at cold starts.
  20. This has been discussed before. Try the usual places like SunLanka, Pet#o etc.
  21. These cars has been extensively discussed please use the search feature. Also there is a dedicated thread for posting fuel figures check that out too. As your first car I recommend the starlet. Old but solid, reliable car. The manual should do good on fuel and is fun to drive. But sedans like FB15, FN16 and 406 should be little more comfier when doing long trips.
  22. This is from a Nissan forum http://www.nisuv.com/nicont-204.html but its worth a read. Probably you are not switching off the engine with the shift lever in P position. Some forums also indicated that SHIFT P error could happen due to a weak 12V battery.
