Turbocharging A Van

guys i want to know how to turbocharge 3c engine and i want to know pros and cons about this and how much will it cost to do this properly

vehicle i try to turbocharge is townace cr42 automatic gear one.

why not afaik there is a stock turbo for this model this van doesn't have one so i want to know how to do it.

Would be harder to find a separate Turbo kit for 3C engine. would be cheaper if you could run for a while and then Drop a 3C-T straight away.
