Honda Door Issue

hey guys i need a small favor... doors of my honda gives a cracking noise when opening... (tok tok) what should i do...? i herd its a common problem to hondas..

I had a similar issue (Nissan) had the 'pin' of my door hinges replaced and solved the problem. Not sure if its the same prob or if the same solution will work though.

Theres nothing called common for Hondas or something

Just apply a good lubricant to all hinges ,Hinge arms etc.Buy a sewing machine oil can from nearest retailer.Buy an oil can from Arpico Supercenter Colombo.Only 350/=.The cheapest I came across sofar.Thats a 'Must have' item in your garage.

Check the hinge pins for play.Get it sorted out.No need to replace hinges.

once i oiled but prolem didnt solved.. then i took it to a garage and the mechanic there told me there's no any play... wen i went to STa**** they asked to repace the hinge units.. well that's a big cost.. another guy told me to he wud fix it by replacing the nylon bushes of the hinges.. i'm lil confused

anyway thanx guys.. i'll try what miniace told again...
