Family owns a 1800CC Premio, for long trips it's better on juice than it's 1500CC counterpart. and it's pretty nippy when it's come to overtaking and all.
ps: it's quite sad that Toyota dropped the Performance Versions of these cars after Carina GT / Corolla GT. saw one Corolla Runx which powered by a 2ZZ-GE (replacement of the 4A-GE) engine and going for Dirt cheap.
Highly doubt that will be enough to pay off all the Gov salaries plus to cover the loss by Fuel price reductions (That's a Massive Amount).. easier thing would be to increasing the Private sector payee tax to the previous level.. Funny thing is, this Gov. cabinet is getting larger day by day too..
Was wondering why don't they auctioned it off (Obviously not those Armoured Vehicles), if so they (Govt.) could earn a buck and these vehicles wouldn't be in this pathetic situation.
There's this Wadei joint when passing Commercial Junction in Thiriwanaketiya Rathnapura. it's a buffet style shop which serves Umbalakada wadei, string hoppers, Thosei and Tea. when you going from Rathnapura side it's on your right hand side.

Correct me if i Wrong, but only in AWD Allion, Premios and Corollas (121) came with Double wishbone suspension, regular Front wheel driven vehicles came with Torsion Beam suspension (In rear Only, front came with McPherson)
Saw one at our Office premises , tell you, it might look even gorgeous if the wheels comes in Gun metal Grey.. anyway, it's a pleasant in the eye among the hordes of Vezels..
Some units comes with it, usually closed with rubber cap. like Rumesh said you have to bleed it with scanner plugged. that way you need to open all the actuators to release oil in all the lines.
Not a great Fan on Chrome tit bits, but it's obvious isn't it? Chinese ones will not be chrome in couple of months.. I would rather save that kinda money and invest it in a good car Audio set-up.. but that's just me
There should be a bleeder plug in ABS unit as well, get all the brake oil out using a Vacuum method, if i remember Correct Pitstop and Toyota Lanka both equipped with these machines.
"Only" if it's with good intention of catching law breakers and not to increase Government revene in the name of Police fines. Unless it will be a another "Wandurata Delipihiya" story.
