HI, There is a relay unit for horn. How ever it might be loose in side or worn out. As you reach 80km, due to vibration it can be malfunction. And i suggest you to check the battery voltage on 2000- 3000 RPM. on the back side of horn there is a small screw that you can change the frequency of your horn. if you tight or loose the screw the tone should be changed. Try with adjusting that screw too. Sira

The funy thing is my technecian also working in A*W and he aslo told me if i ware you i buy FB13 or 14.coz it's not giving major faults. he recommend toyota, Forrd are best cars. see !!! friends don't bother with this. Hi all Just an advice, if you see the low fuel warning lamp is “on” ,fill the tank as soon as possible. How ever there will be 5-8 litters will be remain in the tank and you can drive around 30-50 KM (depend on the fuel consumption) the most impotent thing is the Sensor in side the tank. There is a variable resistor with a floater will tell you the fuel level and the low fuel sensor is a Themister (electronic component) tells you, if the tank empty. This how its works If the Themister is in side the patrol (bath) the resistance is very high and warning bulb is off. But if its not is the petrol (bath) the Themister will be heated up the repentance will be low and the warning bulb will “on”. But if you drive with that condition the sensor (Themister) gets over heated. This is not good for sensor. it could burn, if you do this continually. It happens to me. I normally drive 20KM with warning light on condition coz patrol price is very high and some difficult conditions . Thanks sira

Hi all Any body know where can i find Fuel gauge - "warning lamp sensor" unit for FB13 cars? it's like small cylinder with 3 holes. My flotter unit is working fine and warning lamp dosent work. the technician tested this and told me sensor is faulty. thanks sira

many thanks nilantha i managed to get altenator for a 3500 from vikasitha. that guy is very helpfull and gave me good price. also they recomended if you can you can fix FB 15 altenator . thanks nilantha. just let me know who is the best person of angine tune up and other mechnical issue for nissan

that is bit a different rectifiration method. it got 3 phase sin wave technology. also it has 6 diodes and charging controll IC with Smoothing condensor.Peoples programe ECU and other electronic unit. but altenator Diodes are different than other diods.

If the problem with a coil then re-winding is the solution.but mean time the diodes can be burnt off and the regulator IC too.the guys who repairs the Altanators first teh replaced the Diodes. but the ampirage will be different than the earlier diodes and total effort will be unsucesfull. the diode plates cannot be found here.

Hi all Don't try to repair your alternator(fb 13 pertrol) if it fails.my alternator broken and the technician try to repair and cost me 1500/=. finally he said cannot repair and fix a new one wich is cost me 6K. this hapens me 2 times .my advice is if your alternator fails just fixed a new one. don't go for repair sira
