Additionally ones die in nightclubs, will go in bottle shaped coffin And finally ones die while burning tires, will be burnt on tires without a coffin!!!!!

read some time back, someboby's article which says his worries about having only an 'hour meter for his rented leisure boat, but not an odometer. But his car had only an odometer. For both cases he needed to have help of both meters (odo and hour) for cost/maintenance decisions.

Test drove a new yaris 1.3L auto. That was one from first lot. Pulling is very good ( guess b'cos of ECT) with 3 people on board. Steering is smooth. My personal feeling is handdling better than corolla(?). Dash board apprears little different than the picture in one of earlier posts. It's the 2005 version for SL, but 2007 version already released in other countries. but sure yaris will catch the market very fast. Introduction price was 2.95 mill, but for the second lot onwards it will repordedly increase by some amount. I dont find a reason why 1.3Ls dont come with rpm meters (is it a toyota thing, not sure !!) Toyota's salesmanship is very bad, they dont care customers as they know with whatever shitty service, will get the business for that make in SL.

I don’t agree. I would say a jeep with a rock hard bar would cause more damage than it’s with deformable stock bumpers. Jeeps and pickups carry more energy (carry more mass provided same velocity) than an ordinary car. It means, even at low speeds they can transfer significant amount of momentum towards the hitting object. You may see some modern face designs are more smooth and curved partly because of this reason. Anyway, I’m not going to defend cops

We really dont need a bar other than the standard bumper for our daily driving vehicle on normal road otherwise you intend to crush 3wheers bars will not throw away the pedestrian in an accident but will break several bones as it hits . If you are off roading it's an essential part. For the rear bumper, questions should come only if it exceeds some standard length of the vehicle, but I doubt our cops are smart to argue that extend

this is the best part !!, I like that part of text

Duncan, why.., hav you not being to A'pura or P'naruwa, evrything is there in stones ne ! That's the only thing SL got to show.. after that, this wasnt SL or ceylon, something else not the intended one to quote ur text, but could not resist

Who Are The Worst Drivers In Sl Or Wherever You Are?
Nozozo replied to Dominic's topic in General Automotive
Bus drivers and three wheelers are worst !!!! atleast you can take a control over other drivers except those two. I respect old lorry drivers for the way they get a side of the road at the right place by giving you a hand signal to pass. They react at your head flash. I have left tyre marks on the road several times just because of handy "U" turns by Three wheelers. Many threewheelers got no idle, so u have to wait until they crank start at trafic lights. Women drivers are bad at junctions, sometimes they are not sure which way to turn !! -
whatz the make of your tyres?

this info for those who own or like to own Honda city 2003 or 2004 recons. Honda Malaysia and thiland had recalled city's for software upgrade in the ECU and cvt fluid change to a new oil manufactured by Nippon Japan. Please pass the massage to anyone who owns a City of that range. This is apperantly not officially recieved by stafford, but check it out

I also had enough wasted my time and gas waiting in vain at red lights, RED means stop, so we’re bound to do so. There’s no hard feeling when somebody’s crossing while stop. But in the middle of the night, when the red is ON but nobody’s on the crossing line, I will scan around, if no copes, naturaly floor the paddle. Copes know “RED means stop, but nothing else”. Before installing a Traffic system, they do a comprehensive survey and get the timing approximately right, and corrections should be made as time goes. But I don’t think many of RED lights are properly programmed here, or timers not working correctly.
