Can you buy Nitro-methanol fuel in SL or does that need to be imported? Wonder what kind of restrictions there are given the nature of the fuel and combustibility if it is to be shipped from overseas.

Dude, If you want to have an intelligent conversation on the subject let me know. The key word here is "intelligent". Get some facts and be specific on your grippe with Hybrid cars. Seems you are misled in many areas on this subject. I'm giving you the "mislead" part so you can have the opportunity to blame someone else for you being utterly ignorant on the subject.

If you have any doubts about the condition of the TB, have it changed ASAP. If by a remote chance your engine is an interference engine, you will do so much more damage if the belt fails. Read... complete overhaul or even a whole new engine. I've seen cracked heads, broken pistons, severely scuffed cylinder wall etc... from a timing belt failure. The possible consequence far outweigh the cost of a new TB.

That fuel consumption number depends on which model you're speaking of. MKI & II will not get that number. MKIII maybe able to but you need to drive like a grandma.

Join us when you do Don. Playing with friends is very easy compared to Prologue. There are few bugs that need to be fixed which I think they are addressing right now and shold have a fix by the end of December.
