You can visit TRC, on elvitigala mw, and show them the spec and brouchure and ask them. Very helpful guys there, at least when I was doing business with them.

Re the a/c, I used to go to the guy oppersit william grinding mills in dehiwala when I had my ek3. That guy was good and reasonable. Dont know if he is still there or shifted.

Yes, better buy locally. I had a bad experience when the car was parked under the sun, the sensor got effected and couldnt open the car untill it cooled down. This was a two way alarm system with lcd display ect....if you buy it locally you can at least call someone

If anything like the CVT box on the civic EK3 better to change every 15000-20000 KM.

According to best driving practises, when you want to park the car while the the foot is on the break you shift the gear to park and the apply the hand break. When stopped at a trafic light for a long period then while the foot is on the break shift the geaf to neutral and then apply thd hand break the foot can now be taken out of the break peddle. This is what is instructed by the driver trainers in Dubai. Hope there are no typo this time.

I have driven the sx4 hatc a couple of times and its very smooth and responsive. Like thenithers when considering the sedan and in terms of looks the lancer is my choice hands down. -

Hi, Just to add my 2 cents. I bought a new hyundai i40 diesel ( in europe) couple of months back. The meter reading was 140km. The servicing intervals by agent is 30000km or 1 year which ever comes first.

Guys,, Do any of you own the i40, 1.7ltr diesel car in SL. I have ordered one (as per my budget) and want to know how is the car in general. It comes with 5 year warranty and road side assistance so thought its should be ok to go with it. And the car does look amazing and with all options.
