do a full tune up as suggested by charitha.Sometimes it'll give u slightly better results but dont expect much I think the engine in the Presea and FB14 is the same GA15DE.The FB14 Auto has the same fuel consumption.So 8 kmpl in city might be normal

Go for a straight thru as mentioned by Bugatti.....Engine will give better response to acceleration Straight thru Reduce Back pressure caused by normal muffler. Yeah Sometimes will increase the fuel consumption.The differance will be about half a Km less (Depends on the way one drives)

Yeah bro quite true,Once one of my friends had to replace the tires again after buying a pair of used tires.Ive heard that due to Aging the Rubber gets hardened and the tire will burst.

This car was testdriven by one of my friends and he claimed that it was in good condition Anyway Take it to the Agents or Upul. Because if the MMT box is not maintained properly by the previous owner ull have endless trouble,Ive also heard of many Owners who are repenting for buying Honda MMTs without checking.
