i Same as ripper Didn't know a shit about cars when i got the first car. went there with mom to fix number plates for around 750rs and came back with loads of other stuff and moms purse was around 7000 rupees lighter!! (we were surrounded by 8,9 men doing soo many things to the car and all happened in a flash!) bloody good with scams these people !!

i am interested in a RC car for sometime and thinking abt bringing a one from abroad. Just wondering, among electric, gasoline and nitro which is better ? and which one is easy to maintain ? i guess nitro isnt the best for SL but i would like to get an good idea

so you have to change the gear by the feeling and the sound. not easy as looking at a meter lol. but since you get it, u feel when you need to change the gear without looking at the meter.

if you are not racing, you don't have to change gears at higher RPM's. just change around 1500-2000. when you rev harder in 1st gear, what happens is as soon as u get the foot from brake pedal and if you haven't pressed the clutch pedal at full, engine braking will happen.that happens with all gears but 1st gear is the toughest one. so don't rev much and change gears at lower RPM's if you are on flat surfaces.btwn its good for your pocket too.

3500 ?? thats wayyyy too much dude.. try to do the clutch balancing at lower RPM. i would say, around 1500-2000 if not in a hill.
