    Many Chinese setups support the S@L@ maps. You can buy the SD card, insert and simple configuration to browse the path to the file location. Best thing to do is to visit a S@L@ dealer and test it before you buy the SD card. it costs some where around 11,000.

    As Watchman mentioned I did a search and found some experiences shared by few people. I have 5 free services (Labour only) from Sterling and I need to get my car serviced passing first 1000Km s next week. Was having second thoughts whether to go to Toyota Lanka or Sterling. According to posts by others, the service seems to be OK. Will go there and see.

    Still the car sale guys have not reduced the prices it seems. I checked with few places and they say various stories. But they also admit that they have reduced prices by about 50K because of the budget. May be all these reductions are applying for new stocks. I was looking for a Allion 2008/2009 but the prices are still at 3.8M range, so no change or gone up again?

    I also have the same problem with my 110. Replaced master pump, cylinders and stuff, but still same. One mechanic said that my break lines are dirty and needs to remove oil, clean the lines and fill with new oil. He says this might happend due to the Garage people some times use the Breakoil pumped out of the lines while replacing break pads. So im going to try the cleaning and see.

    Even Japanese Car market price gone down. People advertise for higher values but they might not sold for the value they advertise

    Yeah, 121 are advertised 3 M range, dont understand why people buy it for that price. If you just take a look at adverts you see a drop in allions (260) as well. Now they are going under 3.8 M for 2009. Its good that the 2nd hand market drop and stabilize in a real value margin. Cos we pay much more than the real value of the vehicle.

    Komi, I see a slight alignment issue in the first image on door lines. is it because of the angle or did you see something there?

    I used my 1989 YOM Ford Laser with LPG and had many problems as mentioned by Kmeeg. It had a manual switching and the mxing caused knocking the engine very often. Ended up with complete engine re-built and according to the garage guy at the repair, the valves were burnt due to LPG (He says). I felt it was smooth when on Petrol than LPG.

    The bluebird badges looks awesome ! Please dont apply pop riverts machan. I personaly hate drilling and riverting the badges. May be that is the only way to protect from thieves, but it spoils the badge. Cos I have been searching for my Sprinter badges for months as they were broken at the rivert points when they remove for painting and now i cannot find them in the market. May be I should try repairing them and chrome plating. Please update with the progress and I might also go for a chrome plating. Your bottom one will look nice if you do a chrome plating (and you might need to repeat the black paint job)

    So someone has bought and done a restoration job? May be restored it for selling purpose. Also I saw a red one for sale 2 days back near Embuldeniya Juction (Madiwela Road), parked aside with "FOR SALE" board and tel no. Once I spotted a 1969 Mazda 1500 near Tholangamuwa (Colombo Kandy Road) and one of my friend living nearby cheked it and sent some photos, the guy asked Rs. 70k. It was a old metal shop and when i visited there it was sold. Have been looking for a mazda (not a mazda fan but love that model). Following is what i missed

    Hey Guys, Same with me Father being a mechanic I had that feeling to be with grease , but end result as you 2 an IT Engineer. Now my 8 yr old son is after vehicles, so if he wants to be a mech, i'll support that decision with no second thoughts. AND if he starts a workshop some day, I'll through this Laptop away and join him as assistant .

    I saw a Capri yesterday near Cool Planet, Pelawatte. Superb condition, Black with 2 gold stripes on top. Wanted to take a picture to post here but it passed while i was setting the phone camera
