Yes, there are spray cans. Try the popular hardware store near Jubilee Post (Nugegoda) or the paint shops near the Slave Island (Justice Akbar Mawatha). I don't remember the exact brand names though. Maybe someone else on the forum does.

You could be right. I tried with a Toyota Belta (JDM) and it never worked. Tried with my 2001 Lancer CS3 (non JDM) with Torque on Android and it took a long time to identify the ECU but no results could be obtained on the phone. Gotta give it another try when time permits.

The same thing happened to me at Moratuwa. In my case, I told them that the car has a factory fitted tint (after which they inspeted it closely) and concluded that it really was when actually it is a sticker (which has a very light tint). I should remember the Navy thing next time.
