infact a 2.3 ltr as well. Next Year the All New Mazda 6 will be out. Hopefully the New Mazda 3 Should be out in 2009. But concepts should be out by next Year. I guess a shit load of new cars are going to come like the New Lancer / New Mazda / New Corrolla / Allion / Subaru

Subarus are very very cool indeed. The AWD and Turbo & Brembo Combination is like a 18 year old Russian Hooker and a Bottle of Vodka.

Gihan whats the colour machan. It should look hot. Fix 17 "

LOL sting ray now only I realised. I mistook for those bars, Any way If I do a Brand Change for a Daily Driver, I will always go for Subaru Sti. Practical / Speed / Reliable / It suits Sri Lankan Roads Really well cos our Roads are the Most Uncertain which requires Precise Handling and Braking to avoid those Three Wheels including Stray Dogs and the power to over take those 40ft containers and those huge road hogging leyland busses. So I will always go for a SUBARU.......
-
with the Current Economic Condition this will be my option. with Off Course High Performance DSI Tires. Machan Infact Subaru Agents are pretty Good. Subarus also do well if you really do not hit the turbo zone. Also when you buy a Subaru Its always advisable to buy a UNREG. It will save lot of money and you basicaly know it has not been RAPED !!!. But Off course UNREG Prices are SKY HIGH. Infact Rather Than Buying Subaru Over here, its much cheaper to Do your College Degree in USA ( USD 30000 ) and Also Buy the Subaru over there ( USD 30000 ) and Balance USD 10000 you can do a Trip to Las Vegas.

Velocity replied to Velocity's topic in General Automotive
No infact I am planing to make them look like those CEY....CO V.P Vans. The once which are yellow j/k That Design has been taken from the Famous Ambalangoda Mask Manufactures Milindu some say that the Gear Box and the Differentials are different in the diesel version, thus a conversion fails. How true is this. -

Velocity replied to Velocity's topic in General Automotive
Not sure about that bro. but what i do know is our low quality diesel is very bad on the injectors and they do less when the time goes by any one any info on this..... ??? -
I have been checking out for some vans, was looking at the Prices, They were Truly Absurd. Petrol Vans were still had OK Prices. So I just Did a Small Calculation Comparing Whats the Best for Long Term Use doing cost comparison on the Price Difference of the Fuels ( Petrol Vs Diesel ) and the Amount Lease Intrest Paid Over for the Price Difference of the Vehicales. PETROL OPTION Vehicale Model - Nissan Caravan - PETROL 2002 Model UNREG - Delivery Type PURCHASE METHOD - LEASE Car Sale VALUE Rs 2.15 Million Down Payment Rs 300,000 Lease Amount Rs 1.85 Million for 60 Months Lease Payment Monthly Rs 50400 Total Payment after 60 Months is Rs 3.024 Million Average Milage Per Month 3000km X 60 = Total Milage at 60 Months 180,000km Amount Fuel Needed to Pumped for 180,000 KM ( Based at 10 km per Ltr ) = 18000LTR 18000 LTR X Rs 112.00 = Rs 2.016 Million So Total Cost Incured at 60 MONTHS - Rs 5.04 Million DIESEL OPTION Vehicale Model - Nissan Caravan - DIESEL 2002 Model UNREG - Delivery Type PURCHASE METHOD - LEASE Car Sale VALUE Rs 3.3 Million Down Payment Rs 300,000 Lease Amount Rs 3 Million for 60 Months Lease Payment Monthly Rs 86000 Total Payment after 60 Months is Rs 5.160 Million Average Milage Per Month 3000km X 60 = Total Milage at 60 Months 180,000km Amount Fuel Needed to Pumped for 180,000 KM ( Based at 10 km per Ltr ) = 18000LTR 18000 LTR X Rs 67.00 = Rs 1.206 Million So Total Cost Incured at 60 MONTHS - Rs 6.366 Million ( Cost of Service have not been taken ) Correct Me If My Formula is Wrong.

Machan this is my observation and my opinion, 1-2 days before the bomb in Ratmalana i was travelling towards air port side and i passed 1 or 2 check points. I could only see 2 police officers on duty, even them half way asleep. ( Just like saying dan ithin udin withrai gahane, yatin gahane nane ) But after the bomb major checks and at least 10 policemen at the same Guard Post. So i do not see how we can secure our city, if the police do not do there duty properly. I am sure after few days time our check points will be back to the same situ. Specialy on raining days no check points at All. Our Police needs to be alert on 24/7. Even in Rathmalana There is a check point just before the scene where the bomb blew. I have never seen any police over there on sundays ??? This is just my opinion.

MADMMX, infact i am surprised to see your Post. This is because my Mazda 3 was the First Car in SL and was brought brand new through the agents and I sold it after doing just 1200km. The Second owner had done almost 28000 km after that and Suddenly the Automatic Light Had Come On ( Its a Triptronic ). Just do not know why but it costed almost around 137,000 bucks for the repair.
-
Nishan Broke a Very Very Old record set in his Evolution IV and came first at Todays Eliyakanda Hill Climb followed by Daze the Blaze Dahanayake in his Evo 6 GSR. ( Held in Matara ) Nishans time was 35.92 and it seems he could have done better with his Evolution 9 GT. But he may have lost a second when he overshot a corner. Sadly Nishan Might not take Part in Next Weeks Kukuleganga Rally Organised MRA due to Company Function. Last MRA rally he got the Fastest Overall Timing to come 1st in a Totally Standard Evolution 9 beating all odds. Well Done Nishan and All the Best for other Drivers who are competing in Kukuleganga Rally
-
Damn thats cheap. Machan any idea of how much it cost for a Evo over there ?
-
LOL you guessed correct, It gives out black smoke too... Praveen, infact i am unable to come for this. please take some good pics just like you always do.
-
wow machan. the Gallardo and Ferrari looks awesome. Lalithster, i guess we will all have to come USA to own one of these cos US is cheapest place to buy these cars cos in in SL it will cost of a Million US at least. Heard Last week that the Duty has gone up by around another Rs 150000 for a car valued around 3 million.
