Need a small clarification, once the orginal book misplaced we can obtain a copy of that from RMV named 2nd book.after an ownership chnage will they issue an original book or an one with that duplicate mark?

  If your friend can check the records from RMV + any other way and make sure its not a "problem" car, there wont be any issues down the road for him legally (keep in mind that our dudes can even even tamper with the RMV records !), but in our local market, he won't be able to sell it for the usual price as the general perception is "NO" for duplicate books...
