These days mazda 323's are very popular.. why is that?

Yes i'll second what schiffer has said. 323's are bang for the buck and are usually loved by their owners.
One thing you will notice is the number of owners of these cars are usually low.
They don't go from one hand to another like FB14/15's or 110's and get raped.
So, usually the investment made on these cars are not wasted.

unless you havent been noticing, 323's were there for a long time. and there is nothing wrong with that car. infact i LOVE them. bang for the buck specially the BJ6p/W
