let's see whether the old retard can see how passenger compartment is intact in this crash test ..

A very vague question you're asking here. one question, have you seen many AT 150s in good shape? not converted to gas and abused? hardly any. Generally this generation was known to be hungry and therefore had always lower market perceptions despite some good options they had compared to the other models of that time. So most of them were abused, converted to gas and not properly maintained, at least most of the ones I've come across.

Oh shoot.. no way, I was talking on general context about global politics of the govt by looking at how China and India are being handled, and if it was meant that I was giving credit, no effin way, old retard blokes should know where they should stand. Very true, no way this one could be anywhere beyond a peon by judging what comes out from him.

ROTFLAMO! the only issue here is Indian Badu doesn't like this move ..

Seems the term Chinese arouses some of top officials in this govt, they seem to appear from no where the moment word Chinese pops up.

and they'll expect the Jap govt to gift some of those Tsunami hit boxes in return.

Honda Civic Hybrid Or Mazda Axcela 2007
harshansenadhir replied to Nilanka_peiris's topic in General Automotive
Reason could've been you're not sure of what you want. If I was you, I would stick to the known devil rather than dreaming on an unknown angel. Go with Axela, you will be better off. -
Differance Between Toyota Corolla Dx Ke72 & Ke 74
harshansenadhir replied to mahindara's topic in General Automotive
Please, most of us in this forum have no issues in reading Pt 10 ~12 size fonts, at lease except for one member let's say. Whether it's good or bad, it holds a good second hand market perception and value. May not be the best equipped model of the generation considering the steering without PAS and rear wheel drive and haven't seen any full option car unlike the Nissan's and Mitsubishi's of the same generation. Price can be anything between 300,000 to 700,000 (yes, serious and heard of an example sold at this price) depending largely on the reg number (17- series holds the highest market price of this model), condition. KE 72 is the first generation with flat roof and 74 is known as the later model with a higher roof. -
Blackening of the rear light cluster of the diesels I used was due to carbon particles sneaked inside to the light cluster. Used to take the cluster out and clean it time to time in order to keep it in appealing color and the visibility of the lights.

didn't know the existence of this line, all the others you mentioned, a true sad story.

may be you could've added "little bit of common sense" to the list of 'things'

Maintaining and extending? only extension to the rail track since the independence is the track to Mihinthale but that is at the expense of destruction of northern rail track beyond Medawachchiya or some point and the KVL (Kelani Valley Line) up to Avissawella which was earlier ran beyond Ratnapura. In terms of rail roads, we've gone backwards as in many other development aspects, at least so far. Still I have doubts about the ROI and payback period of this two lane express-way.

Xenon Kit For Mitsubishi 4Dr5 Jeep
harshansenadhir replied to Nishan.dj's question in Electrical problems
Oh, completely forgot about the days I was driving the J44, even at low beam some car drivers used to cut into me in agony thinking I'm driving high beams on. Come to think of it, if the OP's J44 has original Koito sealed beams and good charging system with good wiring with no voltage drop, there's absolutely no need of going for HID. -
Xenon Kit For Mitsubishi 4Dr5 Jeep
harshansenadhir replied to Nishan.dj's question in Electrical problems
I've seen Hella H4 sealed beams with flat lens with crystal type reflector, this light will suit your conversion. What you will lose from the classic J44 look would be the curved lens, but this will be only significant for the side look and I see lot of them J44's running about with this headlight and it still looks close to original. You can proceed with a 12V Xenon kit fitted to one battery with the headache of swapping two batteries in some fixed intervals, or there are 24v to 12v converters available and it's being used in J44s for many appliances varying from a sound system to an after market A/C. -
True, but if government had intention to benefit the masses at the beginning, they would've invested this money in making a better rail track and locomotive. Simply because by spending the cost of a kilometer of a highway, they could've constructed a kilometer of six lane rail rail track or six kilometers of a rail track. Either way the cost is low and maintenance, tire wastage, country's fuel bill would also be low as train/rail tracks are the most efficient mode of ground transportation.

I understand this as I personally heard some people commenting this way, typically the empathic/sympathetic culture we have. Mate, you really should see the attitude and mindset of the majority of defaulters and you yourself will think twice about this very statement. Finance companies just don't jump into it, loot it and sell it by-force at once. It's the last resort taken by the company to recover the cost of funds, part of or full of un-earned income and other charges incurred in the process of re-possession. Mind you, business is business, it's not sympathetic or well-fare related business these finance companies are into. Again to the OP, if the car has not been sitting there for a long, and has not used for any illegal activities and even if so, if it doesn't have any pending/outstanding legal proceedings, if all documents are clear and if you can get it lesser than the market value, I don't see any issue in buying it. Be very mindful of the components/parts of the car as it's not seizers but the customer/owner himself with typical defaulter attitude, would've removed parts or damaged the car deliberately.

Honda Civic Hybrid Or Mazda Axcela 2007
harshansenadhir replied to Nilanka_peiris's topic in General Automotive
Can you change the wheel rims in hybrids than the recommended ones? I don't think it's a possibility and even tires, they use some specific design/type as I heard. Again correct me if I'm wrong, the better fuel economy of hybrids has a dependency on the type of the wheel and the tires used too. -
Nothing new with it Peri. We got some bunch of retards, whom are in the process of making theories to increase the car prices or at least keep the prices from falling. They'll come up with some theory relating to the earth quake, Tsunami, shutting down of plants and how it contributes towards increasing the price.. Even a Jap fart, they'll try their level best to use for keep up the prices or increase the prices. Truly sick, by looking at the magnitude of that tragedy.

I see, let me think of it, mmmm.. that's type A/A Transmission I guess.. P.S: A/A Stands for Abused Automatic

Driving, abusing the gearbox all could be fine with us as long as you keep it only to you. Spreading wrong theories and misleading others in a public forum, yes we got an issue with it.

Similar thing happened to me soon after i've re painted the 406. Went to a tire joint to get a small job done. A trishaw guy reversed to the front bumper and scratched it off. Not even a week after the paint job and needless to say i was pissed off. I've put the blame equally to the trishaw guy and the shop owner because no one attended when he was reversing. I firmly said my car was fine when i brought to your place and see how it is now. Took the documents of trishaw fella to my hand and brought down my paint guy. He said it won't even cost me 1000 bucks. Owner said he'll bare half of it and trishaw fella was saying it's hard for him to find that. Then I refused saying i'll get it done coz i felt bad to get that from the trishaw fella and this gentlemen. Further i appreciated his attitude simply it wasn't typical sl business men attitude. Moral of the story, always don't show that you'll not settle or claim from your own insurance easily. Show them that you'll take every possible action to recover the dange, show the gravity of the issue and further show that they won't be able to escape from their responsibilities that easily.

someone would've taken the thermostat valve off. It's got nothing to do with radiator or radiator fans based on the symptoms you've mentioned. If it was hard wired fans the temp should go down even during stop-go traffic. But this happens when you cruise at an average speed, means although the fans stop working the radiator gets a free wind flow which keeps on exchanging heat. If this continues, say the temp of the water flow decreases below say 70 (depending on the type of the thermostat operating temp) the valve should shut off and prevents water circulation through the radiator. If the temp of water exceeds a particular temp, then the valve opens up allowing the flow through radiator, and if it comes close to 90's the radiator fan/fans should kick in. Search this forum for thermostat valve related threads and install a good quality one preferably from agents.

I don't think your statement about the native issues of SB14 is accurate. This engine is notorious for overheating issue on all examples I've seen. To make it worse, not much of SB14's running about compared to other diesels, so statement about the parts and second hand market again a question mark. Check around and see how many would like to settle for a SB14, you would know the market perception.
