    There are other important things to be considered in this budget other than reducing the taxes on cars. How about reducing the taxes on essential day today needs of people and helping them to get out of their misery.

    I dont think anyone would use lancer ex as a second car. It is so much fun to drive.

    What about strada or L200 ? My brother has been using one in the estate sector for many years and it does not give any trouble. Fuel figures are good as well.

    I've been there . That was great dining. Yes it is situated between Anuradhapura and Rambewa ,more towards Rambewa. I think you meant Avissavella-Hatton route. I've travelled on this route many times and I've always stopped at Kitulgala Rest House managed by Ceylon Hotel Corp. Food is pretty good but a bit expensive. But you can enjoy the nice view of Kelani river while dining. When you get to Nuwera-Eliya ,there are pretty good places to dine in ,right in the middle of the town such as De Silva, Rimarco, Milano...... Again about the route- Try to take the route via Ginigathhena, Hatton to Nuwera Eliya. Constructions are completed of Hatton- Nuweraeliya road. Going to Ginigathhena then to Nawalapitiya and to Nuweraeliya via Gampola is pointless and far. When you are coming back you can come via Ramboda, Pussellewa,Gampola to Colombo

    I owned a swift jeep model for 4 years and I'm pretty sure it was not good with handling. Though the fuel economy and ground clearance was pretty good. Rear suspension and leg space was hopeless.

    I think it is better to go for the Japanese made march k12.But viva elite is a great car too. Search for two of these cars on the forum, have been discussed a lot. You may find pros and cons of both of them

    Why have you only considered hatchbacks. There are lots of sedan models which are economical, trustworthy and most importantly spacious for 2.3M.

    There is a garage which does Mazda repairs specifically @ Pepiliyana junction, I dont know whether they do services as well.
