    Here's a trick if you want a car to be bought for your price regardless of the advertised price: Take an empty bag when going to inspect the car. Lie to the owner saying you have cash right now to make the deal if they sell it for your asking price. When they say no, get up and say bye. Then they definitely say OK to your price. pay and advance and go home and tell them to prepare the documents. Thats what I did.
