Now that's a mean looking Sorento! If only that grill was matte black too.

Why did not you like the manual? Please tell me the thoughts. I was talking about manual trannys in general. I am looking for a mid sized SUV either 5 or 7 seater.

Yet to test drive a Sorento or Santa fe Manual car. Tuscon and Sorento both has car like handling due to their monocoque construction. I have driven the Sorento and Tuscon both. Both have little body roll but tad firm suspensions for my taste. Other two SUVs I find with same ride quality are X-Trail and CR-V. CR-V is more refined though. Only issue is Sorento, CR-V and Tucson are real soft roaders. CUVs! X-trail is a real off-roader with car like handling. But even the face lifted new version retains BOXY, out dated look. Mid sized SUV offerings from Toyota and Mitsubishi share the ladder on frame design and with serious off road ability and Thai made. They probably give some rough ride quality and body roll. Montero Sport and Toyota Fortuner. I have to test drive them.

Out of them Sorento is the one that really gives value for money, looks and nice performance! Second is X-trail for its over all qualities.

U think x-trail is 2nd, I sold my x trail and paid double the price for a santafe and it is worth it.

If sorrento is 1st santafe should be (equal 1st) 2nd as they are both the same,

In my oppinion i prefer the santafe as hyundai owns kia and the agent is very helpful.

X-trail has better off road ability that is why I thought it is better. But I leanrt it has very poor reputation here and perhaps lower second hand market than Hyundai after five years! I agree Santa Fe is better but I do not like the design. It has superior support as opposed to that of KIA here.

New Montero sport looks nice too with some serious off road ability!

KIA makes inferior cars than Hyundai?

kaushama this new model is made in thailand and doesn't look hardy enough to be a mitsubishi offroader, this looks like a softroader to me.

So I'd chose a santafe over this.

Yet the old model (Till 2008) was made in japan had the good old hardy and boxy looks we expect from a real offroad suv .

So I love the old mms yet kind of unhappy with the new one

There is a new arrival for permit holders. BMW X1! And BMW 318d!

Though X1 is odd looking I am seriously considering to buy it! If not I would go for 318D! Fantastic car as I have driven 320D before! Best entry excutive car in UK!
