How To Import Car Under Gift Scheme

Dear Members

I'm looking for possibility to import car under gift scheme. I'm working in Haiti more than 1 year and my remittance to Sri Lanka well above the given limit of 25,000 USD. I would like to get your advise for following things.

1. Since there is no Sri Lankan embassy here, is there any procurement to get certified my employment period, visa etc as mention in Import department Web.

2. Is that possible me to import car from Japan

3. How to calculate duty and other Tax under this scheme

I'll much appreciate your information.
