Errr its called autochoke for a reason, if its malfunctioning thats a different story.

This conversation would move along much more productively if you mention why you want to turn on the choke manually ?

If you want to adjust the choke to kick in much more frequently it can esily be done by pretty much any auto technician, just a matter of adjusting some screws
