Is that website up and running or any idea when it will be online? provided the news item is true

Well it isn't online yet. But the option is there

i saw it on a news item in one of the papers last month,no they wont have the owners address just the name ,reg no and engine no which i think is good to prevent stolen and dodgy vehicles being passed around to a great extent
