Engine Hesitation While The Engine Is Heating Up

I have a peugeot 406 2L petrol engine. Engine starts perfectly in cold start. The engine hesitates after a while till the engine heats up to 90 degrees with the AC load.

Without the AC, the hesitation is seldom present while it is heating up.

Car runs smoothly when the temperature is reached.

I have done an injector cleanup and replaced plugs, air filter & petrol filter.

having done two tune-ups didn't help.

Need help.

Hesitation with AC is normal as it puts some extra engine load.

Did the tune ups in two places recently in 5000km apart, places which are known to me. i am trying to understand the reason behind the miss.
