Diesel Suv,mercedes Ml270 Buying Advice

Hello Merc-fans,

I am thinking of going for a bigger diesel(Euro).

I have seen a couple of Year2000~1 ML270(7-seaters) for reasonable prices.

I want to know the following about this SUV vehicle.

1.Handling,driving pleasure

2.Comfort

3.known maintenance issues

4.fuel economy

5.were they offered by D!mo,or only UK imports available here?

Make a very very careful and informed decision.

The M class didn't do well in many consumer reviews and polls.

The good looking spaciousness is all well and good, but there has to be a certain level of practicality involved as well. If you can afford one of these even in their present condition, you can surely put in the cash for a newer better vehicle. That might be less of a headache when it comes to repair bills or parts availability or general maintenance.
