VTEC engines comes wit EFI engines, normally brand new eg8 came wit CARB and most of the domestic eg8s came with EFI VTEC engines, one with VTEC and VTEC-E. VTEC-E is less power and fuel efficent other one is high power rather comparing to others sedans from various car makes. :-)

In normal VTEC engine (EG8)how's fuel consumtion? (per liter)

VTEC - 9-10km/l (city) / 13-14km/l (out) this is mine :-) not bad ahhh!!!

VTEC-E - 10-12km/l (city) / 15-16km/l (out)

there r various things affects on fuel consumption so it can vary !!!

It depends on how modded ur car is and how u drive it. A stock SOHC with a good tune up should do around 9/10km/l. If pushed i think Vtecs's should do arond 6/7km's/l

This is used for the New Hero Honda bikes too
