If you have a day to day car already, a good place/guy for servicing and repairs, some extra cash for the repairs, a lot of patience and main thing....a passion for the car. You have to realise its not gonna be anything like your Toyota, Nissan, Honda, Mazda etc etc...to drive, own and use. If its something you always wanted...go for it!!! Price seems a bit high..ish but then its not easy to come across convertible sports classics these days. My choice would be a Healy.... These are sports cars with very simple mechanicals. Nothing complex. Lots of mechanical parts are common with the Morris Minor and other British cars. Any parts that aren't available here you could order on the net. Fun to drive simple car. Price is not too high when you consider the rarity in SL, the demand for British sports cars and the hassle you'll have to go thru to restore a rough condition one. You will end up spending more believe me. But of course bargain with the seller!
Supra_Natural
Thanks guys for the input... @ Milindu Yeah machan I love Healys too but where can you get one here? I won't even Mention the cost @ GTAm, yeah i read up on the car and the mechanicals seem fairly straighforward.... anyone whos good with Minis should be able to look after it..... must call this chap up and see what his final price is.....
