ACEA C3 Specified engine oil

Can someone tell me the oil brands in Sri Lanka with Acea C3 specs that can be used with KIA Sorento Diesel 2011/12 model? According to the KIA manual, it has to be 5W30. When I checked with the agents I was told they use 10W40 Mobil Delovac. What should be the correct oil. Mine has done about 67,000kms.
